Detailed Availability Calendar Update Instructions
Once you have logged using your username and password you will be taken to a webpage that displays a link to your availability calendar. The link will contain your UserID, area of caravan location and region. (eg, UserID123, Trecco Bay, South West Wales)
Click this link and you will be taken to the update calendar area.
STEP 1
Using the drop down boxes you need to select the month & year of the appropriate section of the calendar you wish to edit. Once you have selected the correct month and year simply press the button titled 'Load Calendar'.
All days are pre-set to Available which is indicated on the calendar by a green background. To change the background of the calendar and let people know certain dates are booked or not available you will need to use the radio buttons shown (A, P, B, N).
Key to Letters:
A= Available, P = Pending, B = Booked, N = Not Available
STEP 2
If you have a 1 week period you wish to show as been booked find the dates on the calendar using STEP 1 above. Then by using your mouse click in the small circle below the letter B for each day within the 1 week period you wish to show as been booked. The circle should be filled with another smaller green circle once it is clicked.
STEP 3
Once there is a small green circle showing below each letter B of the dates you are wishing to update simply press the button named 'Apply Changes'. The page should refresh and the background of the dates you have updated should now have changed to orange.
All you have to do is complete STEP 1 to STEP 3 each time you wish to update your calendar.
Simpler instructions are shown at the top of the webpage in the update section on how to edit the calendar, and also a Key to what the letters stand for is shown at the bottom of the webpage.
Any further problems or questions please let me know.
IMPORTANT NOTES
The calendar is pre-set to show dates as available. Please update your calendar anytime you take a booking, or the caravan is unavailable for hire. (ie. during close season)
Finally as letting a caravan can result in cross over days, I advise you to leave the crossover day as available if only one of the weeks is let.
