Q. Do you offer, for hire, your own caravan holiday accomodation?
No. We simply list other persons caravans available for hire across the UK. We are never biased towards one particular caravan over another as none of the listings contain a caravan owned by us.

Q. Does it cost me anything to book a holiday through this web site?
No. The price that is displayed by the person listing their caravan is the price you pay. We do not charge you for making a booking through this web site.

Q. Can you guarantee my holiday will be perfect?
When you make an enquiry it is passed onto the person who advertises the caravan for hire. We (ukcaravans4hire.com) do not take any further part in the booking process. It becomes a private matter between you and the individual advertising the caravan. We (ukcaravans4hire.com) only pass on enquiries and do not get involved with regards to non-replies, disputed payments, cancellations, refunds, compensation, etc. We do however listen to any complaints you may have against an advertiser and will remove anyone advertising on our website who doesn't follow through on a booking you make without good reason. Other possible reasons for removal include not providing you with a caravan as advertised or not providing you with a basic level of customer service (Replying to emails, phone calls, etc).

Q. Do you offer caravan holiday insurance?
We do not offer caravan holiday insurance ourselves but we have partnered with a company who does provide this service. You can find more information on our Holiday Insurance page.

Each caravan listing is different. Use our search form to specify all the requirements for your caravan holiday and let us match you up to the correct caravans available to rent.

Answers for those wanting to list their caravan
Q. How much does it cost to list my caravan?
It's £79 to list one caravan, and £39 per caravan submited thereafter. These prices include VAT. Simply complete the online form to add your caravan to the directory.

Q. What do I get for my money?
Your very own web page containing almost unlimited text, upto 12 photos, an availability calendar or pricing feature plus login details to make instant updates to your advert. Your advert is submitted to all major search engines, plus your advert will receive targetted traffic via the search features on out website.

Q. What information can I put on my listing?
The listing comprises of your very own web page designed by us containing your own text, photos etc. You can have 12 photos in total of the caravan, holiday park and local area. We design a page for you from your submission and then any additions to it are upto you. You can add as much or as little as you like.

Q. How do I receive the booking from a customer?
Bookings will be made by the contact details you submit. Advertisers generally list an email address and a telephone number for persons enquiring to get in contact with them.

Q. Can I get preference over other caravans in the same categories?
There is no need to worry about positioning as it is dynamically updated all the time to ensure everyone gets the same chance of acquiring bookings. Visitors to each holiday park page are distributed equally to each of the listings to ensure each advert gets approximately the same number of visitors and enquiries.

Q. What happens if I want to constantly update my listing?
Please feel free to update as often as possible. Either use the member's area or email us the necessary updates and we will perform them for you.
