Visitors to the Website
Do you own any of the static caravan accomodation advertised for hire on the website?
We do not own any of the holiday homes. All holiday homes advertised on our website are owned by other people.
Does it cost me anything to book with a holiday home owner through this web site?
No. We do not charge you anything to book a holiday home through this website. The price agreed by you and the owner is the price you pay.
Can you guarantee my holiday will be perfect?
As we do not own any holiday homes or operate any holiday parks we are unable to guarantee any aspect of a booking. When you make an enquiry or booking request it is passed directly to the holiday home owner. ukcaravans4hire.com does not take any further part in the booking process. It becomes a private matter between you and the holiday home owner. Please see our Terms & Conditions

Do you offer caravan holiday insurance?
We do not offer caravan holiday insurance ourselves but we have partnered with a company who does provide this service. You can find more information on our Holiday Insurance
What about pets / children / same sex group bookings, etc?
Each holiday home owner has their own letting preferences, plus any specific holiday park rules must also be adhered to. If you use our Advanced Search
feature we will be able to match your specific search criteria with any available holiday homes.
Holiday Home Owners
How much does it cost to advertise my caravan?
It's £79 to advertise your first holiday home and £39 per holiday home submited thereafter. These prices include VAT. Simply complete the online form to add your caravan
to the directory.
What do I get for my money?
Your very own web page listing containing almost unlimited text, upto 12 photos, enquiry form, location map, plus optional features such as availability calendar, instant bookings, review feature, exact holiday home location & much more. Your advert will be optimised by our team so it can achieve the best placement possible in search engines (Google, Yahoo, etc). We are so confident of securing you enquiries that we offer a full and complete refund should you not receive any enquiries within the first few weeks.
What information can I put on my listing?
You are able to place any relevant information on to your webpage listing. You will have 24/7 access to the owner members area where you will be able to make instant updates as often as you like. We generally find the more information you place on the advert then the more enquiries and bookings it will generate.
How do I receive an enquiry/booking from a customer?
Enquiries and booking requests are sent direct to the email address you register with us. We also recommend displaying at least 1 contact telephone number so potential customers can get in touch with you should they have any questions, although this is optional.
Can I get preference over other caravans in the same categories?
We don't offer an option to gain an advantage over other holiday homes. The listing order is dynamically updated all the time to ensure everyone gets the same chance of acquiring bookings. Visitors to each holiday park page are distributed equally to each of the listings to ensure each advert gets approximately the same number of visitors and enquiries.
What happens if I want to constantly update my listing?
Please feel free to update as often as possible. Either use the owner members area or email us the necessary updates and we will perform them for you.
