THE CARAVAN
This very large and spacious 2 bedroom family owned caravan is a luxury 37ft x 12ft Willerby Aspen and has been furnished to a very high standard. Ideally situated in a lovely location on the park overlooking the Welsh hills.This caravan has a private parking space next to the caravan and is equipped with garden furniture where you can sit, relax and enjoy your well earned holiday.
The Willerby Aspen caravan is widely considered to be one of the best holiday homes you'll ever find. It is exceptionally spacious and luxurious in every room, and the lounge is bright and airy with lots of windows.
The caravan is sited on a large plot only 2 minutes from the dunes and beach, with private parking alongside the caravan and a private garden area on both sides.For your comfort the garden is equipped with a table and chairs and garden benches where you can sit and relax and enjoy your well earned holiday!!
KITCHEN - Fully equipped with a full sized cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, ironing board, iron, clothes airer, clothes pegs, and kitchen utensils.
LOUNGE - In the lounge, there is a very comfortable 3 piece leather suite, large 37" wide screen Television with Freeview facilities,and a combined DVD and CD Player and Video Player with a selection of DVDs and videos for your enjoyment. The lounge also has all the added extras such as wall lights, lamps and plenty of cushions to give it that lovely home from home feeling. Enjoy!!
MASTER BEDROOM WITH ON-SUITE FACILITIES - For your comfort there is a double bed, 2 bedside lamps, fitted mirrored wardrobes complete with hangers,on-suite toilet and washbasin and a beautiful full length feature bay window.
BEDROOM TWO - Twin beds, wardrobe, vanity unit with mirror and overhead wall cupboards with built in lighting.
SHOWER ROOM - With a full sized power shower, washbasin, mirrored vanity unit, toilet and lots of storage. Please note: Handwash and soap supplied along with bathroom mats but please bring your own supply of towels.

OFF THE PARK

Skytower, Rhyl - Soar above it all with a unique 80 metre high birds eye view over all the magnificent scenery beyond.
Bodelwyddan Castle - Ideal location for family day out, including an adventure playground and garden maze, victorian games room, gift shop and tea room.
Chester Zoo - Big fans of wildlife come back to Chester Zoo time and time again. There is nowhere quite like it for an astonishing array of animals, birds and marine life.
Conwy Butterfly Jungle - See some of the largest and most beautiful tropical butterflies on earth in free flight around you, set in complimentary jungle gardens.
BOOKING INFORMATION
1. To secure your booking a £75 Damage Deposit is required (Payable within 7 days of booking).This deposit is in addition to the cost of your holiday and will be refunded up to 14 days after your holiday, providing the caravan is left clean and tidy and there are no damages. The cost of your holiday to be paid no later than 8 weeks before your holiday commences, or if your holiday starts within 8 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Please note in the event of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.
2. Families and couples only please. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 or groups of single or same sex are not accepted.
3. Caravan Hire Price does not include passes which are available from Haven's reception.
4. Smoking IS NOT allowed in the caravan.
5. Holidaymakers pets ARE NOT allowed in the caravan.
6. All duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own bed linen such as duvet covers, pillowcases and bottom sheets.
7. The caravan is available after 3.30pm and departure time is no later than 10.30am.
