We have a super modern caravan sited at the award winning Ladram Bay Holiday Park, on the Jurassic Park coast in East Devon.
Stylishly furnished, it provides the perfect place to relax and unwind. The caravan is centrally heated and double glazed.
The comfortable lounge with gas fire, tv and dvd player, leads out to the decked area (garden furniture provided) which is perfect for alfresco eating and enjoying the seaview.
The wraparound kitchen is well equipped with a full sized gas cooker, microwave and integral fridge/freezer. There is a free standing table and chairs.
The master bedroom is roomy, with a king sized bed, and plenty of storage. The adjoining en-suite has a toilet and washbasin. A second bedroom has twin beds and there is a double sofabed bed in the lounge.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own bed linen and towels. In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet and handbasin.
Please note that electricity is included in the rental charge. Gas is metered and paid with a prepayment card.
There is a grassy area alongside the caravan and a gas barbecue is also provided. Parking is next to the holiday home.
Ladram Bay Holiday Park has great facilities. An impressive entertainment complex has club, bar and restaurant. The restaurant serves excellent food and it and the adjoining terrace have wonderful views overlooking the bay. The park has a lovely swimming pool. There is daytime and evening entertainment.
The private pebbly beach has a kiosk where kayaks and fishing equipment can be hired. East Devon is the perfect place to go out and about.
Ladram Bay Holiday Park is situated on the picturesque coastal path between Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth. Exmouth and its long sandy beach is 8 miles away. Why not visit Exeter for great shopping and to see the magnificent cathedral or escape on Dartmoor. Crealy Adventure Park and the Donkey Sanctuary are enormous fun for the children.
