A truly stunning new caravan 38 x 12 ft 3 bedroom 8 berth sited on a superb family holiday park resort. Sited at California Cliffs Scratby nr Gt Yarmouth.1 Double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms as new, with built in wardrobes and cupboard/drawers storage in all. Large shower cubicle w/c and wash basin.
Very spacious lounge area with flat-screen TV with built in DVD player and free-view channels, free WI-Fi anywhere on the park. Large double sofa bed in the lounge area also sleeping an extra 2 guests
Fully equipped kitchen with 4 ring gas hob and grill/oven, fridge/freezer and all the extra things you would expect for the modern cook as standard, toaster microwave kettle etc etc.
The park is really top class with its award winning features, checkout there website at California cliffs parkresorts.com. Great Yarmouth is a very short bus ride away and stops right outside the complex gates. Beautiful safe sandy beaches are 5 minutes walk away and Caistor on sea is about 10 minutes away, there really is plenty for all.
We pride ourselves on high standards so respectfully ask our guests to leave the caravan in a clean tidy state...no pets or smoking allowed inside the holiday caravan, no non family groups allowed. A 25% deposit is required on booking and balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Park passes for all guests are included in the price
