Additional Info: Beautiful 3 bedroomed caravan much better than the standard caravan . Equiped with modern amenities. Quiet location but still close to all amenities. But not near any noise !! suitable for all ages.With 1 double bedroom with cupboard and wardrobe space and 2 twin bedded rooms with same storage, Families welcome. Brand new carpet and mattresses recently provided (COMFY MATTRESSES NOT BUDGET ONES). Please bring sheets and bed linen and towels , mattress protectors will be on the beds if required . (however we can supply some bedding if requested in advance )There is 1 seperate toilet and a seperate shower room in this caravan.
All new cooking utilities inc pans , crockery, 22inch l.c.d tv with dvd player built in inc freeview,Playstation 2 and games, dvds supplied and some books and games. new fridge freezer , kettle toaster, microwave,iron , hairdryer, out door folding camp chairs, mini verander, shed with patio table and chairs,foldaway hardwood dining table and stools, airer, Cleaned to a high standard , close to children adventure park & and parking space for 2 cars.
fire extinguisher and fire blanket and smoke alarms, dehumidifiers all fitted .
£50 deposit required on arrival , returned in full within 7 days after caravan is checked.

Caravan Park + Local Area Information

Situated in an excellent location towards the quieter end of Winkups Holiday Park with private beach access and outdoor childrens park a short distance away so you can keep your eye on the kids!
Sleeps up to 7 people comfortably with 2 twin rooms and a double bedroom, both with built in wardobe space and cupboards. Shower room with hand wash basin and also a seperate toilet.
Compact Kitchen includes fridge freezer, full size gas cooker and hob, microwave & brand new crockery, pans, kettle, toaster and utensils, iron, airer, hairdryer, gas fire , fire extinguisher, fire blanket,dehumidifiers all for your safety .
Large verandah useful for sitting out in the sunshine !!with patio furniture....
Lounge area has sofa bed for extra sleeping area , plus LCD TV withbuilt in DVD player and a playstation 2 including games,jigsaws,puzzles ,selection of dvds for those fun nights in! And large box of toys , books and games & plenty to do for the little ones !!!
If you go out there is live on-site entertainment at Winkups Holiday Park including karaoke, singers and bands, Bingo,kids ball pit, shops, arcades, chippy, outdoor splash pool, adventure playground including football/basketball ground ,etc. Across the road there is a large funfair and outdoor markets and carboot stalls ( between 3 and 5 times a week)!
The Sandy Beach is a 2 minute stroll or if you fancy going further out into Wales you are only a short drive away from Conway, Llandudno and Colwyn Bay etc and a short stroll down the road there are more shops and supermarkets , knightlys fair , bowling alleys , , cafes , karaoke bars , restaurants etc .....Also there is a cinema, and lots more to do just a short drive into Rhyl .
Electricity and gas included, duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided which are all currently brand new. Even the mattresses are all new and are VERY COMFY ones too
(not budget mattresses ) to ensure you have a good nights sleep PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR OWN BEDDING IS REQUIRED but matt protectors are provided.
Please call us for any special requirements that you need. Please note that you will need to bring sheets, etc and your own towels, also a minimum £100 will be required to secure booking in case of cancellation.
All monies must be paid in full 1 month before arrival date.
A £50 security bond is required on arrival and returned up to 7 days after your holiday, this does not form part of your holiday cost. This bond is non-refundable if anything is damaged, lost or stolen.
THERE IS STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED AT THIS CARAVAN AND SORRY BUT NONE-SMOKERS ONLY PLEASE , FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFTEY OF OURSELVES AND OTHER GUESTS (AND DUE TO OTHERS BEING NEGLIGENT )
