Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
New to rent from July 2010 a 2009 model Atlas Festival caravan, 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) sleeps up to 8 people. Located close to sandy beaches with sea views. Gas, electricity, hot water and bed linen is included in the price.
Berwick Holiday Park has plenty of activities to provide fun and amusement for all the family both day and night.
There are 2 sandy beaches within a 2 minute walk from the caravan, one of which has a childrens play area overlooking. Next door to the caravan park is the Magdalene Fields 18 hole golf course.
Just a 10 minute walk away is the historical town of Berwick upon Tweed with its 3 great bridges and swan filled harbour. There is a good choice of shops, restaurants, cafe's, bars and takeaways in and around the town.
This is a great base from which to explore the coast of Northumberland, including it's many castles, Holy Island and for nature lovers the Farne Islands with its seal and wild sea bird colonies.
Visit Alnwick Castle the setting for Hogwarts in the Harry Potter films or Alnwick Garden where there is much to explore including acres of fascinating plants, water sculptures, the infamous Poison Garden and one of the world's largest wooden tree houses.
Further afield you will find the Northumberland National Park, which is great for walking and exploring. Both Newcastle and Edinburgh are within easy reach by rail/car.
Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday, but please enquire regarding other arrival days and we will try our best to accommodate you.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance being paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
