Owner's Description
Our luxury 3 bedroomed holiday home was new in 2010 and we believe that you will feel right at home the moment you step inside. This ABI Connoisseur model is classified as Platinum by Haven and benefits from full double glazing and central heating. Everything is provided that you should need to have a relaxing and enjoyable break.
There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds. Each room has bedside table, bedside lamps and wardrobe. The twin beds can easily be put together to make a double id required.
All beds will be made up with fresh bedding for your arrival.
There is a bathroom with a double shower cubicle, toilet and sink, and also a very useful second toilet.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with full sized fridge and freezer, gas cooker, kettle, microwave and toaster.
The living and dining area is contemporary and comfortable, with a built in dinette which comfortably seats six, generous seating area and electric fire. We have a 32" TV with freeview and dvd player, and a small selection of books and games and DVD'sfor those quiet moments.
Outside there is private parking on tarmac, and a patio area with a picnic bench ideally placed for you to enjoy your morning coffee whilst watching the wildlife on the nearby lagoon.
We are sited in a peaceful cul de sac, yet only a few minutes stroll to either the main complex facilities one way, or the lagoon and beach the other. Pagham village is short walk away, and here you'll find local shops and take aways and family friendly bistro pubs.
Church Farm Holiday Village
Church Farm in Pagham is a lively family friendly village.
Located next to a beautiful lagoon, just a few minutes walk from the nearby beach.
The holiday park has extensive day and evening entertainment programmes, and kids clubs for the children. Heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool, 9 hole golf course, tennis court and crazy golf.
The restaurant and club facilities have undergone a major renovation over the past couple of years and now include a fabulous outdoor decking area overlooking the pool and children's play area. Free Wi-Fi is available in the main complex for all guests.
The site has a launderette, take away fish bar and Spar shop.
PLEASE NOTE :- Prices do not include entertainment passes, these are available on arrival at Haven. Cost for 2011 season was £31 adult and £16 child 4-14 years in peak season. We haven't been notified what the cost for 2012 season will be, but we expect it to be raised.
A £75 deposit is required to secure your chosen week, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to commencement of holiday, plus a fully refundable £50 security deposit
