THIS HELPS KEEPS OUR RATES MUCH LOWER THAN AVERAGE. This is returned to you within 2 weeks of your last day if the above is satisfied. Proud owners presenting to you a very large, clean, comfortable and modern family 3 bedroom caravan. (big enough for two families to Caravan Share - Ideal for single parents to do this to cut costs!!! ).....
Our Caravan has been Rented a minimum number of times to acquire the Site Fees/Rates only. This is not your typical rental caravan, but a treasured family holiday home from home, with much more than you expect! Large great pitch location, very near to all on-site ammenities (Opal 15), yet far enough away for a peaceful nights sleep. (double has full memory foam matteress..... bliss!) the two main doors open out into the sun from early hours in the morning to early evening for you to enjoy a play, a bbq even or sit and watch the world go by...
Full length beds, no bunk beds so no bumps! Space at the foot of the beds with full length wardrobes, dressing tables, hair dryer, full size mirrors etc. Large family bathroom with bath seat to shower the little ones safely. Full chrome Power Shower - lovely!
Brand New Small under unit fridge freezer (26 Aug 2010) and full sized gas cooker. Additional mobile heating provided in winter heating panels in every room including bathroom. Iron and small Ironing board, hoover & microwave (Sept 2010). Lots of kitchen accessories as you would expect if you were at home.
Exceptionally large living room/dining area with the wider style seating all around providing much more comfort, and a seperate pull-out double bed in living room to be used if required. (additional bedding needed for this so it may be worth bringing extra).
Large patio with tables, chairs and bench. Please note, this is a NO SMOKING CARAVAN, (we have young children of our own) though you are welcome to use the patio, table & chairs etc to sit relax and enjoy a smoke here.
Additional TV in all of the bedrooms plus Playstation 2 - (bring own memory card, 10 games provided courtesy of my children!) This can also be used as a DVD/CD player too, so don't forget them!) Additional DVD player in master bedroom to accessorise its 20" Flatscreen TV,and a Slient Night Full Memory Foam Matteress to Master Bedroom also included! Video machine in living room with typical adult & childrens videos (adult supervision required). Additional home comforts; Family Board Games, children’s games In & Outdoor, plus adult and children’s videos, colours and colouring in books all provided. WI-FI INTERNET ACCESS AVAILABLE ALL OVER THE SITE FROM £5 PER DAY - bring your laptop!
Travel Cot/Play Pen provided free of charge along with a bed rail for toddlers.
Immediately opposite, is the Brand New 'Four Seasons Fishery' with lovely Coffee Shop, and down the road is Staining Golf Course, which serves beautiful bar meals to the public, has a pitch and put and an out-door Bowling Green. Bowls/Golf Clubs may be hired here, or bring your own. Our site itself has an impressive indoor bowling green and bar. Of course there is a FREE TO USE onsite fishing pond here, which is reqularly stocked.
Excellent area for dining out, also a Newly Renovated Fish and Chip Shop, offereing Pizza, Kebabs, and Meal Deals Galore. An award winning Fish & Chip Restaurant (Seniors) is within walking distance down the road along with local pub (Newton Arms) which serves great Steaks and has an outdoor spacious childrens play area, and a Chineese Takeaway nearby, as well as Post Office, Bakery, Butchers and mini-Supermarket (Boothes). Boothes (similar to Londis/Spa/Co-Op). Near by driving distance is a junction which boasts KFC, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Subway, an Indian Takeaway which caters for vegeterians too, a Chineese take away and a Blockbuster to hire dvd's, videos, ps2 games etc so bring your Blockbuster Card too, or some ID to join. Take away contact numbers found in caravan for delivery to the caravan itself! Jaflong will not deliver but will have meals ready for collection.
Just around the corner from the site is Blackpool Zoo, Playbarn, Model Village and Stanley Park, All that before you even get into Blackpool itself!!! Going back towards the M55 is the Tesco Superstore, a Large Car Boot Sale every Sunday morning from 7am till 1pm ish or so, and over the roundabout, by B&Q is a Fabulous Wacky Warehouse/pub with outdoor playarea too, pub serves 2 meals for £10, called The Outside Inn.

Check in time of 3pm and we ask that you have left the caravan in good order by 10am on the day of departure to allow for additional cleaning to be completed for new arrivals. Please bear in mind that our cleaner has other caravans to clean too and this helps to keep up her standards, thank you :-).
All holidays require a retainer of £50, just to ensure the van is kept at the standard it was let to you in, with no damages, breakage’s, etc. This is returned to you within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday with us, if everything is left satisfactory. (Hope you understand that this is not a business, but our one and only family holiday home). This should be sent to us as a seperate cheque when you pay your deposit, to make it easier and quicker to return to you uncashed for you to dispose of safely. (this is per week, i'e 3 weeks is £150 returnable security bond), though discount given for consecutive weeks, just ask! Payment can be made direct into our bank or via internet banking.
A £50 deposit is required to confirm your booking within 3 days (this is non-refundable, and per week, i.e. 2 weeks is £100 deposit). The remainder is required 28 days prior first day of your holiday, unless otherwise stated.
A quick Reminder of our Strictly No Smoking policy inside the caravan, no same sex groups and no pets allowed on site. (except guide dogs). This is Newton Halls Park Rules, along with new wi-fi fees, sorry for any inconvenience.

The caravan is very accomodating and is very handy for all amenities .

"Thank you for the use of your lovely family holiday home. It stands out how much you look after it. The additional kitchen roll and toilet rolls already supplied were something so small but made a big difference, thanks, our Kids loved the trampoline while we sat and enjoyed watching them on the patio bench, lucily weather was nice at times to enjoy the odd day with them 'playing out', the grassed area is much appreciated, never before had so much of it at prior caravans stays, and made a great difference. The kids games were enjoyed immediately while we unpacked and then we played chequers one evening later in the week! the Site itself nice and peaceful. Overall, well worth every penny. Lovely Beach at St Anns on Sea, & Sea Frontbetter than Blackpools' Beach :-) "
