	Low Season: From £200 (per week) High Season: To £425 (per week)

£50.00 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, the remainder payable six weeks before the holiday is due to commence.There is also a refundable surety payment of £50 payable one week before the date of your holiday,(repayable straight into your bank account on the day of your departure when the caravan is found to be clean and undamaged). We strongly recommend you take out insurance to cover for cancellation personal injury or curtailment of your holiday.

Caravan Park + Local Area Information

Our caravan is a lovely well maintained (spotlessly clean) 3 bedroom caravan that has recently been re upholstered and brand new laminate flooring has been laid in the living area, it can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

The caravan has a shower room with toilet,and a second seperate toilet(ideal for mixed parties) it has a full size double bed and brand new extra thick matresses on all beds,
The drop leaf dining table with storage for 4 fold away chairs is on wheels and can be moved around to provide more leg / play room.

Sky Freeview box, TV, DVD player. Hair dryer iron and hoover.

South facing garden with table chairs and a bench.

There's a large fridge freezer in the outside storage unit and space for parking at the front of the caravan.

There is a £50 (non refundable) deposit required at the time of booking, balance (non refundable) to be paid six weeks before the holiday is due to start.

We would strongly recommend you take out insurance to cover for curtailment personal accident or cancellation of your holiday.

There is also a fifty pound surety payment (payable one week before your arrival), which will be fully refunded (when the caravan is found to be in a clean and undamaged condition).This will be paid directly into your bank account on the day of your departure.

We provide pillows and quilts you provide your own sheets pillowcases and duvet covers also towels and tea towels.

A weekly pass for on site amenities costs £35.00 for a party of up to eight people.

Site Amenities Requiring Membership		On-Site Pub/Club, Amusement Arcade, Tennis Court, Indoor Pool, Restaurant, Takeaway, Grocery Shop, Laundrette, Kids Club, There are a total of three clubs on site one large family club one cabarete club and new for 2011 a sports bar housing 18 plasma screens, showing all the most popular sporting events. There are also two indoor pools for your enjoyment, one is a fun pool for the younger children (both under the same roof). There is a beauty salon for the ladies offering a full range of beauty treatments and hairdressing.
