Our Caravan Is Sited On "Wall Field" Which Is a quiet part of the Park, it has its own Patio Area with Table and Chairs for you to use and enough Parking Space for two Cars. The Caravan Is Only about 4 Minutes Walk To The Main Complex Containing The 2 Swimming Pools, Bar, Restaurant, Show Bar & Only A Short Walk To The Beach, Golf Course & Nature Reserve.

Price for 2017 (Haven charge £1500 for one week in the School holidays, my price is £750)

£240 - Long Weekend: 3 Nights - Friday to Monday Off Peak (Available from 3pm - Leave by 11am)
or
£240 - Mid Week Break: 4 Nights - Monday to Friday Off Peak (Available from 3pm - Leave by 11am)

£750 for a Full Week, 7 Nights - Peak -July to August (Available from 3pm - Leave by 11am)

Minimum Booking Fee £50/£100, balance must be paid four weeks prior to your stay. In addition you can request private cleaning at a cost of £25 this must be paid for when your balance is due.

Main Description
Our Family Caravan is located at Church Farm in Pagham, PO21 4NR, near Chichester & Bognor Regis. We are located on a Haven Holiday Site, set in a wonderful part of West Sussex on the South Coast. Church Farm is a 5-Star Holiday Park with fabulous facilities and activities, and has been recently renovated. It boasts two heated pools (one indoor & one outdoor) and a fume, a children's play area, an all-weather multi sports court, 9 hole golf course and bowling green, club house, shop restaurant and arcade plus much more.

Your will find all your Home comforts in the caravan and it provides a luxurious base for you to spend your holiday in, we offer the personal touch that you would not get if you book through Haven directly.

What You Can Expect:

Caravan: - Sleeps up to 6 People.

Bedroom 1:Kingsize Bed with two side cabinets and overhead lighting, walk in wardrobe with chest of drawers, dressing table with large mirror and stool, en-suite shower with toilet and sink, TV/DVD.

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds with bedside cabinet, overhead storage and cupboards, wardrobe & mirror, TV/DVD

Lounge: Pull out occasional Double bed, fire and fire place, free-view Smart TV & DVD, free standing sofas, double french doors at the rear leading out onto the decking area. A selection of DVD's are provided for your entertainment.

Dining Area: Within kitchen, free standing dining table & chairs

Kitchen: Oven with grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster.

Main Bathroom: Electric shower, toilet, sink & mirror

You will need to bring the following items:
Sheets, Duvet Covers & Pillow Cases.
& Towels
You May Want To Bring Your Own Pillows.
Alternatively you can hire bedding form Haven directly.

You will need to Purchase Haven Fun Passes to use all the facilities if you wish to use them during your stay. (Check Haven Site for details and prices).

Sorry But No Dogs Or Smoking Allowed In The Caravan.

Please Respect the caravan and leave it in the good condition you found it in when you arrived, no one wants to start their holiday in a dirty caravan! so please give it a clean before you leave, cleaning materials, mop, & hoover are provided for your convenience.
Private Cleaning can be arranged at a cost of £25, this will need to be paid for in advance four weeks prior to your stay.

Please ensure that when you vacate the caravan you switch the boiler off, empty the bins and lock both the doors. Thank you.
