ACCOMMODATION
The kitchen area is fully equipped and includes a gas oven & grill, a microwave & toaster, a fridge/freezer as well as catering facilities for up to 8 people.
The living/dining area has a table, chairs and bench seating, coffee table, together with a gas fire and TV. There is also a pull out folding double bed.
There is a bathroom with shower and wash basin. The toilet is separate.
For sleeping, there is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with duvets and pillows and storage. Linen is not provided.
There are radiators in all rooms.
You will need to bring your own linen - duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets. You will also need towels and tea towels.
WELCOME PACK
A welcome pack is provided on your arrival containing tea, coffee, milk, sugar, fruit, biscuits and toilet rolls.
BOOKINGS
A deposit of £100 (non-refundable) is required to secure a booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before your arrival. If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before, the full amount is required.
You will also need to provide a security deposit of £100 for damages and breakages. This is returned to you on departure if there are none during your stay.

5 STAR HOLIDAY PARK AT LITTLESEA, WEYMOUTH
Entertainment passes can be purchased at Reception on arrival (March to October). These will give you access to the Haven holiday entertainment, fun, sports and refreshments complex.
The facilities on Littlesea Holiday Park (open March to October) include a dining and drinks area, a veranda, stunning views of Chesil Beach, outdoor sports and games, 3 swimming pools, a theatre and indoor games area. There is also a shop and coffee lounge on site.
You can enjoy stunning views of the coastline and Chesil Beach from the the Dorset coastal path which is accessible from the Littlesea Holiday Park and a short distance from the complex, with Portland to the east and Abbotsbury to the west.
DAYS OUT
A regular bus service operates from Littlesea Holiday Park to Weymouth (March to October) about 3 miles away, to save on parking charges. The town offers a sandy beach for 3 miles and a wide range of entertainment.
Nearby are a range of places to visit for days out including Durdle Door, Lyme Regis, Lulworth Cove and Castle, Nothe Fort, Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World and Portland Bill. |
