Our spacious 36x12 privately owned fully equipped Deluxe van is waiting for you on the popular Haven site - Perran Sands Holiday Park . Located in quiet scenery, yet close to the amenities & beach path. Ideal for families wanting a fun packed holiday or quiet getaway.
Perran Sands Holiday Park is situated above the holiday town of Perranporth, with its array of shops, banks, pubs, restaurants and a supermarket. This provides an excellent base making all areas of Cornwall easily accessible.
In addition to a direct access beach path, there are huge sand dunes leading to the 3 mile long beach too. Our caravan has the benefit of being near everything and only a few minutes from the beach path, yet we are right next to the area of special scientific interest too. Staying in our van, in this much desired premium location really does offer the best of both worlds.
Our family van is situated in a much sort after premium location,right next to the area of scientific natural beauty, as we have dunes to the side of us hosting historical relics like St Pirran's church. You can walk for miles in total peace & quiet with only animals, insects and wild flowers for company. There are many dunes around the van; our children say it's like having a beach in their back garden! However, we are still conveniently located for all the site entertainment (we get no noise unlike other areas), and only a few minutes from the beach path with direct access to 3 miles of sandy beach offering excellent surf, sand and caves. Our location offers the best of both worlds with many owners awaiting plots in this area, as we have dunes by the van, we are close to beach and entertainment, we have low volume of passing people and no noise, and are next to the area of natural beauty.
The caravan is larger than most, a spacious 36 x 12 foot, so in addition to a good sized bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet, we also have an additional separate loo, making it ideal for 2 families to share. It can accommodate 8 people comfortably.
The accommodation comprises a hallway with doors going off to:
*Coat storage cupboard
*Bedroom 1 = double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, shelving.
*Bedroom 2 = twin beds, wardrobe, shelving
*Bedroom 3 = twin beds, wardrobe, shelving
*Toilet room
*Bathroom = 2nd toilet, basin, full sized shower, cupboards and shelving units.
Open plan living area, which comprises
*Kitchen - well equipped with fridge, microwave, gas cooker/stove, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses.
*Dining area - plentiful seating to enjoy meals together around a good size table
*Lounge area - enjoys a large sofa area, flat screen TV, DVD, Freeview, CD and radio channels. The one sofa hides a pull out metal action double sofa bed. There is plentiful storage with many cupboards in the lounge area for all your belongings while on holiday.
Our caravan is maintained in excellent condition & all checks are carried out annually (gas, electric, smoke alarm, fire extinguishers).
Cleaned throughout before your arrival.
Duvets & pillows are supplied, but you will need duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets and tea towels. If you do not wish to bring linen they can be hired on site (as can buggies and travel cots) situated behind the launderette.
Gas, electric and private parking at the caravan is included in the price (easily enough room for 3 cars)

Entertainment "Funworks" passes must be purchased in order for you to gain entrance to *Indoor heated pool with flume/slide

*Kids Clubs for variety of age groups
*Full sports programme for children and adults
*Showbar/Sportsbar/Surfrider club
In peak season a puffer train runs around the park/site and halfway to the beach.
Perranporth is just down the road and has good shops, bars, restaurants. Also it is only a 10 minute drive north to Newquay and for those without cars there is a local bus service, which comes right into this Haven site. The site is also next door to an excellent golf course and horse riding stables.
£100 deposit is all that is needed to secure your holiday, the full balance payable six weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. You will be provided with a receipt, that you will need to show in order to collect your keys.
A £50 refundable deposit is required when paying the final balance to cover any damage / loss of keys. If no damage has occurred and it is clean and tidy, then your deposit will be returned to you.
Single sex groups (stag and hen parties) are NOT permitted under Perran Sands Holiday Park rules.
Our prices are exclusive of "Funworks" Passes, the cost for 2012:
£39.00 adult, £20.00 child (4-14),7 days peak season,
£26.50 adult, £13.75 child (4-14),7 days off peak.
£30.20 adult, £15.75 child, 4 days peak season,
£21.50 adult, £11.25 child, 4 days off peak.
Saturday Check- in from 3pm - check out by 10am.
