Low Season: From £200 (per week)

A £100 deposit to secure caravan within 7 days of booking. The balance to be paid one month before date of arrival. There will be a security bond of £75 to be paid on day of arrival which will be refunded on the day of departure if everything is OK and agreed by both parties. In most cases I will be there to see you on arrival and departure. If I am not available on departure it will be 7days before bond is refunded if no damage has occurred. For any reason you have to cancel your holiday unfortunately you will lose your deposit. If cancellation is within 21 days of arrival reimbursement of remainder will only be if I can re book the week that has been cancelled.

Luxury Caravan at Blue Dolphin near Filey for hire. Sleeps 8 located only a short distance from main complex and Supermarket. Car parking bay at the side of Caravan or it can be used as a Patio Area.
Just 25mins bus ride to Yorkshire top resort Scarborough which avoids parking problems during the summer
Or just 10mins by bus to Filey which is quiet costal town.
There are 2 pubs /restaurants only a short distance away where children are allowed
During certain times during the summer there is Motor Racing, Hill Climbing, and Motor Cycle Racing on Olivers Mount in Scarborough
There are car boot sales just a small distance away Tuesday Thursday and Sunday
A circus arrives in August also just a small distance away.
A well known Supermarket chain is only 10mins away by car
