There is fully fitted kitchen & dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay whether you want to eat in or out.
There are 3 Bedrooms
**2 Twin bedrooms with wardrobes**(the twins can be made in to doubles)
**1 Double bedroom with wardrobe and vanity unit**
Electric heaters in all rooms. Towel heater in Shower room.
**Pull out double bed in lounge area**
Travel cot available Free Of Charge,
quilt covers and pillows are not included, so please supply your own, however qilts and pillows are included.
There is a tv, dvd player and free-view box in the lounge area, also a gas fire in lounge area to.
The location is great and very central to the main complex, and pleanty of parking near by. There is also a large grassed area outside of the van, great for the kids to play out on, and for BBQs too!
check in is 2pm and check out is 11am.
This is also our holiday home too, so we do ask that you respect it as you would your own and leave it clean and tidy for the next people to enjoy. Cleaning equipment is provided.
A new carpet has been fitted in the living area, as well as new curtains etc ready for the 2012 season.
£75 Deposit payable on booking.
Balance to be paid 28 days before commencement of holiday.
It is recommended you take out your own holiday insurance.
£75 security bond will be payable along with final balance to cover any damage or extra cleaning this will be refunded once van has been checked.
Payment can be made by Paypal, cheque, postal order or Bank transfer.
Holiday prices do not include Entertainment passes for Blue Dolphin, but are available at extra cost from reception. However should you wish we can book these for you. please state when inquiring the ages of guests and how many!
