BOOKING CONDITIONS: WE ARE NOW TAKING ORDERS FOR 2017 AND EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNTS FOR ORDERS / DEPOSITS IN PLACE BY MARCH 2017
We normally hire our van generally for the Summer to private users otherwise it remains for family use only most of the year. We are this year offering other weeks as well as we have had exceptional interest since January.
We will honour our regular stayers first then open to new customers.

Please contact if you wish to enquire about mid week or weekend breaks etc, as prioces vary throughout the year ranging from £200 upwards.

To book our family caravan we require an immediate £150.00 which consists of a £75.00 non-refundable deposit, (with the balance due 6 weeks before your holiday date), and a £75.00 damage deposit which will be refunded within 14 days of the stay if no damage done or excess cleaning required.

Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days. This is a no-smoking caravan and no pets please. In accordance with Haven policy no single sex groups are allowed, or groups of under 25's. The lead guest must be over 21. If you are asked to leave the site by Haven no refund is payable.

Thanks for viewing and hopefully welcome to our spacious 2012 Willerby SALSA Caravan at the Seashore Holiday Park in Great Yarmouth. The on-site and off site facilities are in abundance, and you are only a short trip into Yarmouth seafront itself hosting the amusements, theme parks, beach, pier with regular entertainment packages, with regular celebrity visits and theatre shows.

The caravan itself is 36 x 12 wide and has 3 bedrooms - one double and two twin rooms with additional double sofa bed concealed in lounge area. There are low blower heaters in all bedrooms and a panel heater in the bathroom. Each bedroom also has wall mounted TV/DVD players which keeps the kids well amused when you need some time out yourselves. There is a spacious lounge with gas fire, 32" TV with free view and DVD player.

There is a fully equipped galley kitchen with plenty of cupboards, large worktop area, plus full size gas cooker/microwave/toaster etc... Its fully equipped with cutlery, plates, and cooking utensils, all you need to cook and eat. The bathroom has a double size shower, plus toilet and hand basin. It also has a shaver point. There is also a separate toilet and hand basin.

Outside there is a pub style wooden picnic table etc, suitable for 4 possibly 5 people. (For larger families, we have spare patio chairs if required).
All duvets and pillows are provided, you do just need to bring your own bed linen, (quilt covers, bed sheets etc. etc), and all towels...
Please note that we do not accept pets.

We are situated on the Gannet 79 area of Haven Seashore overlooking the racecourse behind, (Kids love watching them race by), - very well positioned for the Mash & Barrel restaurant & bar, the swimming pool, and crazy golf, and of course the beach.
The sand dunes opposite the site is a great place for walking, and a short stroll down to the water.

Please note our prices do not include Haven passes. These can be purchased from Haven, either on site or in advance.

PLEASE NOTE:
Deposit booking £75 [non-refundable]
Deposit cleaning £75 [fully refundable if there is no damage to property, the quilts and pillows do not require cleaning due to no lined being used, and the keys are returned]
Full payment is required 6 weeks before the holiday is due to start. (If not paid, it will be re-advertised for that period).
Payment can be made via bank transfer or cheque. (Allowing 3 days to clear)
All utilities, GAS & ELECTRIC are all free...

The family use this as and when we can, so we generally only hire out for so many weeks elsewhere. Therefore, there might be dates that are blocked out, however, might actually be free. (Hope that makes sense).

SEASHORE PARK ACTIVITIES:
The caravan is located on the awarded holiday park of the year 2012 – with approx 5 mins walk to the heated indoor swimming pools with flumes, (swimming lessons and fun activities) splash-zone (seasonal opening times), archery, fencing, climbing wall, abseiling, crazy golf, adventure play area, all weather multi sports court for the older kids, gym, there are 2 live lounge and show bar with great entertainment for the whole family, a mini supermarket, (with free cash withdrawal machine) laundrette, Burger King, Papa John’s pizza place, the outstanding and great value for money Mash and Barrel restaurant with sky sports, kids clubs.

The beach is within easy walking distance (approx. 60 yards) You are spoilt for choice with ALL the FUN amenities of Seashore and Great Yarmouth - their numerous activities for both adults and children are a perfect holiday for all. (Bus stop opposite Park Entrance and small motorised train at park entrance every 1/2 hour, or walk into Yarmouth approx.1 mile, also with the tranquil Norfolk Broads just minutes away by car.
(Great place for day boat hire).

Excellent caravan well positioned on the site to use all facilities easily, all clean and ready for us on arrival. Caravan equipped with many extras like TV/DVD's in every bedroom etc. The owner of this caravan is great to deal with and very accommodating to your needs and attentive to detail and ensures your stay all goes well and without and hitches and is quick to offer any assistance. This was great value and will definitely use this caravan again through the owners own bookings. A big thank you for a pleasant stay in your caravan see you again soon.
