The caravan is well equipped including toys, books and boxed games to keep the children amused. All linen is supplied. Just bring your towels. There is also a Play Station 2, a Free View Box and an electric fire.

|
Our luxurious caravan is sited on a recently developed part of Church Farm by the lagoon. You can see the lagoon from the lounge.
The caravan sleeps 6 having an en suite double room, with mirrored doors, a twin bedded room where the beds can be pushed together to make a double bed, and a third bedroom with two beds at right angles to each other. The top one being accessed by a ladder. See photos.
The caravan benefits from full double glazing, central heating, piped gas and electricity for which there is no charge. Constant hot water means you never run out and hence there is no danger of having cold showers.
There is a hard standing parking space next to the caravan. It also has its own patio area with garden furniture.
The caravan is well equipped including toys, books and boxed games to keep the children amused. All linen is provided. Just bring your own towels.
The park has its own 9 hole golf course and there are lots of adjacent local footpaths - such as the Bellamy award nature reserve and Pagham Harbour which is a bird watchers haven and a fantastic place to walk.
Locally there is Tangmere Aviation Museum, Chichester and Portsmouth where you can see HMS Victory, HMS Warrior, and the remains of the Mary Rose. Also there is Arundel Cathedral & Castle, Bognor Regis and many other interesting places and activities.

• The weekly bookings are Friday to Friday except July and August when the starting day is a Saturday.
• 3 & 4 night bookings are available from April to June and September/October.

"We would just like to say that we all had a wonderful week at your caravan and is one of the best we have stayed in and beds were very comfortable.
Your van was located in a beautiful spot and we loved the view of the lagoon.
We had all the facilities and amenities we could have wished for in your van.
The kids had a great time going to the beach, hiring out karts and playing pitch and putt, and they thank you for the use of the PS2 and games you had.
Sports activities were excellent and sports coaches were fab with the boys. The other funstars were great with kids and adults alike.
Also for any further guests the Jasmine Chinese takeaway just down the road was excellent.
Hopefully in the future we will visit Church Farm again and would definitely hope to stay in your van if available and would recommend it to anyone.

"Just wanted to let you know we all had a great time in Church Farm & was more than pleased with the caravan it had everything we needed & was extremely comfortable. We only had 2 days of rain which wasn't a problem as there was always something for the children to do, they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We hope we can book again sometime in the future.
