Excellent 5 Star modern caravan situated in a delightful peaceful location at Silver Birch Caravan Park, with easy access to all local amenities. The closest beach is Talacre Beach a 3 minute drive, Prestatyn town centre is a 10 minute drive and Rhyl is a 20 minute drive.
The caravan has 3 bedrooms consisting of a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all bedrooms include wardrobes and draws.Pillows and duvets are provided. Please bring your own bedding as bedding is not provided.
The dining and kitchen area includes a large dining table and chairs incorporating a fully equipped kitchen including gas oven and hob, fridge freezer, built in ironing board, microwave, kettle and toaster. Please bring your own tea towels as these are not provided.
The lounge has a large corner sofa, 2 single arm chairs, flatscreen LED TV, DVD player, CD player and an iPod docking station.
The bathroom includes a double shower, vanity unit and sink. Please bring your own towels as these are not provided. Seperate toilet facility and sink.
Outside there is a good sized grassed garden area including a table and chairs.
There is a childrens park on Silver Birch Caravan Park, a fully equipped laundrette and a small games room. Outside of the caravan park entrance is a local shop and 2 local pubs.
Restaurants, bars and takeaways are located close by in Prestatyn. Local Nant hall is a great trendy bar which has an excellent outside play area for children. Prestatyn has recently opened a cinema showing many of the latest films. The Nova centre has an indoor swimming pool, restaurant and bar.
Rhyl town centre has an Aquarium, Rhyl Sun Centre, aracades, shopping centre, cinema and golf course.
