Welcome to our wonderful holiday home for hire, situated on the Perran Sands Haven site, Perranporth. Our caravan is privately owned and maintained to the highest of standards.
We are located on a fabulous spot which offers views of the rugged Atlantic Ocean from the front, and far reaching views of the countryside from the rear.

There is a wide area of grass to the front which accommodates our 8 seater picnic bench which takes advantage of the afternoon sun as well as giving you a superb spot to enjoy the stunning sunsets. We enjoy good parking and a large flat area of grass to the front and rear which is ideal for children.

The caravan is located only one van away from the dunes with paths down to the stunning beach. This is a perfect place for a self-catering holiday whether you choose to surf, play golf, enjoy walking or just relaxing. The caravan is a 2009 model fitted with double glazing and heating.

It offers a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area which is light and airy with a modern feel. We have three bedrooms all of which have electric heating, a shower room and separate toilet room.

Site Amenities Requiring Membership		On-Site Pub/Club, Amusement Arcade, Crazy Golf, Indoor Pool, Restaurant, Takeaway, Grocery Shop, Laundrette, Kids Club, There are lots of Facilities on our Site as you would expect within Haven. The Site has an inside and an outside swimming pool of which you do need passes. You can buy them on your arrival at reception. The family club also requires these passes of an evening. We are right on the sand dunes down to the beach.
Site Amenities NOT Requiring Membership		On-Site Pub/Club, Amusement Arcade, Crazy Golf, Restaurant, Takeaway, Grocery Shop, Laundrette, There are lots of sports going on around the site. All would need to be booked at reception.
