Our lovely new holiday caravan is located on Yorkshire's finest private owners holiday park. The caravan has a large living area with plenty of seating space along with seperate dining area with curved seating and additional stools.
There is lots of storage space in the lounge along with a TV with freeview and a DVD player and a gas fire.
The wide galley style kitchen has excellent work top space, a kettle, toaster, microwave and all cooking and serving utensils. There is a 4 ring gas cooker with separate grill and oven along with a fridge with freezer box.
At the end of the kitchen units there is a built in electric air blown heater.
The bathroom has a great power shower, toilet, handbasin, cupboard and heated towel rail.
The main double bedroom has excellent wardrobe space, a nice mattress, bedside shelves and an electric air blown heater. The second bedroom is a twin with wardrobe space and an electric air blown heater.
Outside the caravan you have your very own large private garden with patio area and established hedge at the rear for added privacy. There is a hardstanding car parking space right outside the caravan.
The location on the Park is within 2 minutes walk of all the facilites. Patrington Haven is a 5 star Park, 3 times winner of Yorkshire & Humberside in bloom, 3 Times winner of best park in Yorkshire and has the David Bellamy Conservation Gold Award.
The park itself is set in 40 acres of landscaped grounds with plenty of space its quiet and peaceful park surrounded by countryside and has a real village feel. There is streetlighting down all the roads and everywhere is flat with proper roadways and paths.
As the Park itself does not have any rental caravans there are only a handful of the private owners on the Park who rent out meaning the Park is never overcrowded and busy even during the height of summer. The indoor heated pool is always available and you will never find you have to wait to use facilities.
For families with children the park facilites are excellent and the village green gives them plenty of space to kick a ball or run around also the private garden give you great peace of mind along with somewhere for a nice barbeque.
For couples you will find the Park offers you a peaceful getaway which is a world away from the busy commercial holiday Parks teetering on the cliff tops.
The local area provides a whole host of attractions for people of all ages, you need months to get through evrything you can see and do nearby. The local award winning beach of Withernsea is 4 miles away and the Natural splendor of Spurn Point only 7 miles.
You have the Yorkshire Wolds with walks and cycle routes, the world renowed aquarium of The Deep in Hull, horse riding, golf, watersports, shopping, animal farms and much much more to explore. There is always a huge selection of leaflets and information in the Park reception.
