Owner's Booking Terms
Weekly Friday to Friday, 3 night weekend breaks Friday to Monday or 4 night midweek breaks Monday to Friday. Other duration's may also be available in low season (2 nights minimum). A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm the booking and the balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Prices quoted are fully inclusive, there are no additional costs to pay on arrival. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days.

Main Description
Brand new for Summer 2016, this modern and fully equipped Holiday Home is furnished to a high standard and offers a fantastic base to explore the beautiful Jurassic coast.

Situated at the end of the row in a quiet area of the Park and on one of only a few double pitches, the Caravan affords plenty of outdoor space. A new large patio area complete with furniture has recently been finished and is surrounded by hedging offering a lovely private area for your enjoyment. A BBQ is available for you to use (please supply your own charcoal).

Double doors open up from the lounge onto a spacious decking area which offers lovely views of the countryside and is complete with outdoor furniture. There is a distant view of the cliffs and sea and the area is not overlooked.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need and includes a full size oven, microwave and large fridge freezer.

The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing area, wardrobe, ample drawer and cupboard space with en-suite WC.

There is a family shower room with toilet and sink and cupboard space.

The beds in the twin room can be converted into a double bed if required. There is also a full length wardrobe with drawers and cupboard space.

The pull out sofa bed in the lounge is suitable for one adult or 2 small children increasing occupancy to potentially 6.

Bed linen is supplied along with tea towels and oven gloves. Please bring your own towels.

40" Flat screen TV, Free Sat, DVD player and free WIFI, Play Station 3 complete with 27 games (new for 2017).

The Caravan is available from 3pm on the arrival date and must be vacated by 10am on the departure date. Please check-in at reception on arrival at the Park and they will provide you with the keys.

I can not say enough great things about Sacha and Nigel who rented us this caravan on very short notice and were incredibly flexible and supportive. I was a ittle worried what the caravan would be like as this was my first experience, but I did not need to worry. the caravan was incredibly clean and they had left such lovely little touches - all of which helped us feel at home and very welcome. I can not recommend this caravan enough and wish the owners great fortune with their venture. Thanks a lot. Oh - wonderful location as well and even if the weather is not great,the caravan will let you shelter in comfort.
