The Walshs Holiday Park is ideal for the beach which is only a 10 minute walk away. only 5 minute walk away are pubs, shops, chip shop and a Chinese takeaway. There is a Golf Course, Butlins and Fantasy Island all nearby with a regular bus service.
The caravan comes fully equipped with microwave, TV with free-view, DVD player, hoover, cleaning equipment and hair-dryer. Quilts and pillows are supplied however bed linen and towels/tea towels are not provided.
There is a spacious living area with gas fire and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, all crockery is provided pots, pans, etc. Bathroom comprises of shower cubicle, wc, sink and wall cabinet. There are two bedrooms, one master one with twin beds. Both have fitted wardrobes, there is also a double pull out bed in the living area.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking and balance is to be paid no later than 3 weeks prior to holiday commencing. A £50 bond is also required which will be refunded within 10 days after vacating the caravan upon a satisfactory inspection.
