A fully fitted Static Caravan, Privately owned, new owner since April 2011.Situated on a lovely tranquil site at Pebble Bank Caravan Park, in a rural setting with probably some of the best sea views across Lyme Bay, Chesil Beach and the Isle of Portland, Two and a half miles from Weymouth town centre and its Blue Flag Award beach and 10 minutes walk from 2012 Olympic sailing venue. It is a few minutes walk to Chesil Beach which runs from Portland to Abbots bury.
The lounge has comfortable seating, gas fire and 32" flat screen H D Television, DVD, free view & a wii with several games. The dining area is adjacent to the fully fitted kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils, including cutlery, and crockery.
Shower room has shower, wash hand basin & toilet. Spacious double bedroom with new memory foam mattress, electric blanket, wardrobes and dressing table. A smaller bedroom with twin beds and wardrobe. Duvets and pillows are provided for the double and single room also the pull out double sofa-bed. Guests will need to bring duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases.
There is laundry facilities with washer, drier, iron and deep sinks - all on site and a new outside shower block. You can enjoy a drink in the small friendly bar with entertainment one minutes walk away, with stunning views across Lyme Bay, Portland and Chesil Beach.
Children are very welcome. A children’s playground is also on site. Pebble Bank Caravan Park is child friendly. Dogs are welcome in the mobile home, however we do ask that they be kept on a lead on the site grounds.
This site offers either peace and quiet in the local area or the hustle and bustle of a typical seaside resort some 5 minutes away. For those interested in walking, bird watching, water sports, fishing, diving, golf or just a family holiday this area is superb. The Coastal trail is three minutes walk from the site. Weymouth harbour offers visitors many opportunities for sea fishing trips, diving trips, and speedboat trips. Sea fishing in the Fleet on Chesil beach is also close to hand. Portland harbour and the Island itself are just 10 minutes away. Weymouth beach offers a beautiful sandy beach with all usual seaside attractions, including safe bathing with a lifeguard patrol in season .
A local Tesco’s and Asda are also close by for supplies. Weymouth itself has restaurants of all descriptions, from McDonalds, KFC, to Italian, Indian, Chinese and English, not to mention fish and chips, a local speciality as is the Portland crab. There are plenty activities for kids close by including sharkys, the fun factory and monkey world.
