A £50 deposit is required along with your booking and a seperate cheque for £50 is also required to act as a bond. This is fully refundable after your holiday providing there is no damage to be found during an end of stay inspection which will be performed by myself. Cancellations will incurr a charge bases on a percentage system. cancellations within 4 weeks of the holiday commencing are non refundable however we may be able to move your holiday to a different date depending upon availability

Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
Atlas Sahara luxurious 2 bedroomed Caravan refurbished July 2011. Situated in a nice quiet spot on the park but close enough to the amenities so you only have a short walk to get to the play park, bars, restaurants, indoor soft play, amusements and shop.
The town of Filey with it's stunning blue flag beach is just a lovely 20 minute walk down a gradual slope along the cliff tops.
Although we have recently refurbished this caravan to a high standard we are still able to offer competitive rates against Haven. Book your 2012 holiday now and pay 2011 prices.
We require a small £50 deposit with your booking and full payment at least 4 weeks before your holiday commences. There is also a £50 bond required (to be paid with deposit) which will be returned to you within 7 working days of the end of your holiday providing the caravan is left in the same condition in which you found it.
We accept little accidents happen and therefore broken plates or cups etc will not be taken from the bond however any actual damage, missing items, or evidence of pets or smoking will be claimed for.
Holidays are Saturday to Saturday but Please feel free to contact us even if your dates differ as we may be able to accommodate you. Caravan has a microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, T.V with free-view, DVD player and Ipod docking station.
There are mobile panel heaters and an oil filled radiator so you may heat rooms as you need to including through the night
Iron and Ironing board, Hoover and a few little extras included to help make your holiday as comfortable as possible.
Bedding, Linen and Passes are included but please bring your own towels, tea towels cloths etc
