We would also require a £50.00 deposit returnable up to 6 weeks before your holiday if you need to cancel for any reason. The balance will be required 4 week before your holiday.
We do have a charge for passes for people over 2 years of age.
This will be £6.50 LOW £7.50 HIGH season per person over 2 years for passes to enable you to use the facitilies of the site.

Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
This Arizona 8 berth 2007 private Caravan is set in a rural Cornish Countryside. Approximately 3 miles from Newquay Town Center.
This family Park run by Parkdean has ample facilities for those who do not wish to leave the site and yet a short drive or bus ride from the Park, to many beaches and local attractions.
It is close enough to the night life of Newquay for the young at heart but far enough for those of you who enjoy peace and tranquillity. Our caravan is set on flat land at the top of a fairly steep hill i recommend a short driving up to the caravan, but if you prefer to take a leisurely stroll its not to far.
Our caravan has Double Glazing and Central Heating it has 3 bedrooms 1 double and 2 Twin, We also have a Travel Cot and Bed bumper and High Chair for the young ones, It has a Bathroom with a nice size shower with a little seat in. Kitchen has a full size Cooker, Fridge freezer, microwave, Toaster, liquidiser, and a George Foreman grilling machine.
The living room / dinning room has ample seating for 8 people it has a dinning table with a additional stools, There is a large T.V, Free View and D.V.D player with DVDs to watch, There are board games and children books for them to read, In the Living room there is another double pull out bed.
We supply all the bedding for all beds with protectors for the Pillows and Mattress, The caravan is also alarmed. Outside to the back of the caravan there is a shed with outside games and body boards for the beach.
We have a plot of land between us and the other caravans where you can put the patio table /chairs with parasol. There is a Gas BBQ for you to use any time you wish. We have a parking bay to the front of the caravan.
There is entertainment on every night for the children with Treetops Grove with Maxi, Multi & Milli. There is a star cabaret every night for the adults. The park has play area for the children with 3 heated out side swimming pools with a water slide going into one.
There are amusements play area with a soft play area, Yankee Pool room, A Wi-Fit in Designated area,Assault Course, Mini Golf, Nature trail, Laser clay pigeon shooting, Laser combat and Archery. Some of these things are only available School Holidays.
