|
Turnberry Caravan Park has a newly refurbished bar offering live entertainment every weekend. There's a restaurant and takeaway plus a beer garden and a dedicated play area for the children. A new family pool opens in March 2008 and private bookings will be available.
There are laundry facilities and a grocery shop on Turnberry Caravan Park itself and Dowhill farm shop selling local produce is at the lane end.
The small harbour town Girvan is approximately 3 miles away and its about 20 miles to Ayr. You can take boat/fishing trips to Ailsa Craig Island.
Travel a little further afield and you can visit the Magical City of Edinburgh or the fantastic buz of Glasgow City where you will find great shopping and entertainment.
