Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
A 35 ft x 10 ft static caravan situated on Sandy Bay Holiday Park. This well equipped static has heating to all rooms and gas and electricity are included in the price.
There are 3 bedrooms, one double with wardrobe and dressing table and a small colour TV together with all bedding and duvets for up to 8 guests. One twin room has twin beds and a wardrobe and the other is a bunk room ideally suited to children between the ages of 5 and 12 years of age.
There is a further double bed fold out in the living room or the option of using the long seating areas with a sleeping bag [hire or bring their own].
There is a large shower room with hand basin and toilet, this is very close to all the bedrooms which are towards the back of the caravan.
A gas hob with an electric fan oven together with a fridge freezer, large sink, microwave, kettle, toaster etc together with a full compliment of cutlery and crockery to able all guests to eat together. There is ample storage in and around the kitchen area.
There is a large TV with Free View situated in the lounge together with a DAB/FM radio. A breakfast bar with 2 high seats adds additional area for breakfasts and impromptu drinks. An iron, ironing board and hoover will help you in the daily running of the home.
On arrival, we will have all your beds made up for you [bedrooms only, lounge bedding is stored in the double bedroom] and we will even leave you a hospitality tray to enjoy a cuppa on your arrival.
There is a full programme of entertainment to suit all ages together with a pool and easy access to the beach from our static. There is a shop on site selling basic provisions and papers and Newbiggin and Ashington {Asda] are only a short distance away.
There is parking next to the van for up to 2 cars or in the parking bay opposite.
Free gas and electricity are included in your hire charge.
Small well behaved dogs acceptable at no extra charge but must live and sleep in the lounge [a cage for small dogs is available at £1 per night per dog, just give us notice at time of booking]
No single sex groups can be accomodated(park rules)
The caravan contains all bedding but please bring your own tea towels and bath towels.
A high chair and travelcot are available [£1 per item per night] but must be requested at time of booking as these items are stored off-site.
Our prices are as stated on the website but we do have special offers towards the end of the season. Terms are a £50 booking fee within 3 days of requesting to book our van to secure which then reverts to a bond which will be returned within 5 working days at the end of the hire period in full providing the caravan is returned in satisfactory condition. For bookings made within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday, we ask for full payment with booking fee.
We also have another 2 vans on the south part of the park. One is other side of the road to K7 on South Park which is Sea View 21. This will sleep up to 6 in 2 bedrooms and a pull out double in the lounge. The other is behind on pitch L7 which will sleep up to 8 in 3 bedrooms and a pull out double in the lounge. This van does not take any pets and is ideal for allegy sufferers. As a result, we can offer accommodation for up to 22 in total to cater for larger family groups.
