WE ARE NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FOR 2012: The caravan is sited on the Bell-bank caravan park in Chapel St Leonards and comfortably sleeps up to 8
THE CARAVAN: has a master bedroom which consists of a double bed, dressing table,and good storage space, The second bedroom has two single beds and adequate storage space. The third bedroom also as two beds and storage space, The dining area also sleeps two. There are duvets and pillows available for all the beds. There are three electric heaters and extra bedding available in the van for the colder nights however we do ask that you bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels, tea towel.
THE LOUNGE: The lounge has multiple seating areas with a television built-in free-view, d.v.d player, full and low lighting should it be required.
THE BATHROOM: The bathroom has a toilet and wash basin with a shower that can be used as a mini bath.
THE KITCHEN: The kitchen is well equipped with a medium gas oven and grill with 4 top rings. There are Pans, Trays and oven proof dishes available, The kitchen also has a fridge with small freezer inside. A Microwave, Kettle, and Toaster. There are ample bowls, plates, cups, glasses, and cutlery available. The kitchen also has a spacious dining area.
THE PARK: Bell- bank caravan park is situated just off Trunch lane postcode pe24 5tr The caravan park is a very popular choice of destination as it is literally only a minutes walk to the beach, The bell bank park offers a variety of entertainment for adults and children. And also take-away which include traditional fish and chips, pizza, Chinese, and also the Tropicana food bar. There are also shops and amusements. In the Golden Palm amusement arcade you will find all the latest video technology and an all cash area for over 18's.
THE MAID MARIAN PUB: Just up the road from The Club Tropicana is the Maid Marian Pub, this smaller venue has become very popular with visitors who want to enjoy a drink, good food, and light entertainment.
FANTASY ISLAND: Fantasy Island is Britain's first themed indoor family resort and amusement park. It is located in Ingoldmells near Skegness on the East Coast of England. A magical world of fun, thrills and experiences for all the family. On your journey of discovery around The Magical Fantasy Island you will find Europe's largest indoor market adjoining the theme park. All this is only a short 5 min drive or bus ride away.
There are frequent buses and other transport running in and out of Chapel st Leonards to Skegness, Ingoldmells, Fantasy Island, Mabelthorpe and many more surrounding areas.
SITE RULES: Sorry no pets or smoking allowed in the van.
site rules state that bookings will only be accepted from hirers who are twenty-one (21) years of age and above. No same sex groups (Couples and Families only). No stag-hen parties etc.
We take pride in keeping our caravan clean & tidy. A non refundable £50.00 deposit is required to secure your booking, The remainder of the fee must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to your booking. Payment can be made via paypal, Cheque or direct into the bank account, (details will be given on request).
With all bookings we ask you to arrive at the caravan no earlier than 1pm on your first day and ensure you vacate the caravan before 11am on the final day of your stay, Ensuring that the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition as you found it ready for the next persons.
