Additional Info: A Lovely van is set in a relaxed area of the park only a 2 minutes’ walk from the amenities. A spacious 2 bedroom van that can sleep 6 people comfortably (sofa converts into a bed). Two entrances to van at either end with shower facilities. |

Deposit of £100 ( £30 for Weekends) is required to secure the caravan for the holiday period you want ( Non Refundable). Balance is to be paid in full 2 weeks before the start of the holiday by baccs Transfer or cheque.
Weekends are offered at £100 friday to sunday.
Please understand this our holiday home and we ask that you respect this and take care of the items we leave to make your stay more enjoyable.
There are people unfortunatley, so we have found, who dont respect other peoples things so we require a £70 security deposit (refundable at end of holiday after van inspection against an inventory) to cover any theft, damage or breakage.
Please note we have left personnel items there for your enjoyment. If any item is stolen regardless of the cost you will lose the £70 security deposit.

Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
Burnham on Sea holiday village is the perfect place for a family holiday. Ideally located from the motorway for touring Devon and the West Country. Scenic walks around the coast line and Breen. There is a bus stop on site taking you to all the local towns and beyond. The site has 24hr security guards on duty (you never see them!) alongside site CCTV so you rest easily knowing your safe.
The staff on site at Burnham on Sea are very helpful and will cater for any need to make your stay more relaxing
A range of all-weather indoor and outdoor sports facilities and activities offer plenty to keep even the most energetic families on the go. From football to fishing, from mini golf to archery, there's always something to inspire children and adults! And we haven't mentioned the full entertainment programme in the complex.
Kids clubs for all ages. Fun nature activity trail around the park. Family Water Fun - Superb swimming pools indoor and outdoor both life guarded and splash zone activities. Day and evening entertainment a non-stop programme of shows and events with spectacular entertainment.
Mash & Barrel Cafe Bar
The feel is smart and contemorary and the atmosphere is very relaxed and family friendly. There's a big bar area, serving a great selection of beers, wines and cocktails. You can also take your drink out onto the relaxing terrance. Also hosting pool table, large screen T.V's for sporting events and darts board. Evening entertainment includings live music and quiz's plus much more.
All day menu features snacks and family meals for varied tastes. There's also a carvery serving traditional roasts. The lounge area with big sofa's is the perfect spot to relax and catch up with the sporting action on TV.
The Complex
Hosting the arcade for entertainment for kids of all ages. Takeaway pizza who will deliver to your van free of charge. The complex also hosts the bowling alley and show bar. Entertainment for all ages is available from 11am until 1am in the show bar.
Show Bar
Large bar and fun area and terrace. Most of the entertainment he held her on an evening. Kids entertainment in the afternoon and early evening. Adults entertainment starts at 9pm and includes tribute bands and comedians.
Lakeside Course Fishing
Two large lakes on-site at Burnham-on-sea Holiday Village, both are well stocked and if your lucky you could catch a fish weighing up to 35lbs. You can find a variety of different fish including Roach, Bream, Carp and Rudd. Fishing permits can be obtained from the on site shop.
Locally ( Walking distance)
A 5 minute stroll to the Beach, Scenic walks, Nature reserve, Golf courses ( Breen hosts a championship course with two courses to choose from) , Amusements, Pubs, Resturants, Takaways and the local Fish & Chippy, markets. the town has some lovely pubs ( including Wetherspoons) which serves traditional homemade food and have some really good offers on. Shops on the high street include pastry shops serving home made pastry dishes, indian restuarants, poundland and many more.
Morrisons is across the road from the Beach. Asda, Tesco, Lidls and Sainsburys are just a 5min drive away. Bream 5 miles, Weston Supermare 8 miles, and Minehead 32 miles driveaway.
