Main Description
The caravan is a Swift Champagne Lodge and has gas central heating and full double glazing as well as full veranda. It is ideal for early and late season breaks as well as peak holiday times. The caravan is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 4. There is a master room with on suite bathroom bath and shower, and walk in wardrobe. One twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Ambient lighting throughout.

The caravan is situated on the Otter Lake with uninterrupted view of the lake. Ramp style access to the caravan with full glass fronted veranda overlooking the lake.

THE CARAVAN: Fully equipped kitchen with full sized cooker, wine cooler, washing machine breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, full sized fridge freezer, integrated microwave, kettle, toaster, ironing board, iron, clothes airer, clothes pegs and various additional kitchen utensils. Dining table with 4 leather chairs.

In the lounge there is a leather electric recliner suite and coffee table. Large 40" wide screen HD television with Free-view,DVD and surround sound. Flame effect wall mounted electric fire with ambient lighting

Master bedroom with walk in wardrobe (complete with hangers), fully sprung double bed, bedside cabinet with lights, vanity unit with stool, overhead lighting, overhead storage, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, Washbasin, toilet, mirror , shaving adapter, hair dryer. Second bedroom with 2 full size single beds, wardrobe (complete with hangers), bedside and overhead wall storage.

PLEASE NOTE: Duvets and pillows, duvet covers, bottom sheets, pillow cases are provided. With beds made up prior to arrival. Towels,t.towels etc. are not supplied and holiday maker required to bring their own.

For hot summer nights the veranda with table and chairs is ideal for eating al fresco. There is a tarmac drive to the rear for parking.

All the family will enjoy the daytime shows, entertainment, sports, games and competitions, plus kid's clubs and superb facilities with a night life to rival Britain's liveliest resorts. Or if it peace and relaxation you are looking for Lakeland is also an ideal location with lots of scenic views and locally guided walks - an ideal base to discover the Lakes.

1.To secure your booking a £75 Security Deposit is required. There is a Damage Deposit of £75 required in addition to the cost of the holiday. This is payable at the time of the balance of your holiday and will be refunded within 14 days after the completion of your holiday, provided the caravan and its contents are left in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition at the end of your stay.

2.The cost of your holiday to be paid no later than 6 weeks before your holiday commences, of if your holiday starts within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.

3.Families and couples only please. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 are not accepted unless a family booking. The hirer of the caravan must be present during the hire period.

4.Caravan Hire Price DOES NOT include passes. They are available from Haven's Reception.

5.Smoking IS NOT allowed in the caravan.

6.Pets ARE NOT allowed in the caravan.

7.All duvets and pillows duvet covers, pillowcases and bottom sheets are provided but please bring your own towels, t. towels etc.

8.The caravan is available after 3.30 pm and departure time is not later than 10.30 am

9. There is no additional charge for Gas and Electricity
