Our premier, well equipped, 35ft x 12ft self-catering caravan as 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. It is situated on a nice quite corner Plot on an un-cramped location with plenty of room to move.
The Accommodation:
The accommodation comprises of: Lounge area with Double Pullout bed, Dining Area, Kitchen area, Master Double Bedroom, Twin Bedroom, Twin Bunk Bedroom and Shower room with shower, full size toilet and sink.
Electric heating in all rooms (except the living area which as a gas fire) all included within the price per week tariff.
You will find a full inventory for 8 persons including duvets and pillows (please supply your own bed linen, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and T towels)
Lounge
Comprises of a large spacious seating area and comes complete with, TV, FreeSat Satellite TV, DVD player, Stereo CD/Radio, various Board Games and books for your enjoyment and relaxation.
There is also a pull out double bed.
Kitchen
The Kitchen is fully fitted with loads of cupboard space and equipped with all modcons and includes full size gas cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster, hand blender, Pots and pans etc.
Dining Area
A very nice area with table, two stools and wrap around seating.
Includes all Plates, Knives, forks, and spoons. Every thing you need to eat in style, even wine glasses and place mats are included.
Double Master Bedroom
Double bed with fitted bedroom furniture includes overhead unit and separate wardrobe and dressing table.
Twin Bedroom
This room consists of two single beds with fitted bedroom furniture, includes overhead unit and separate wardrobe.
Twin Bunkroom
This twin room is ideal for the kids (although great for adults too), as kids always love bunk beds. The bottom bed also has the benefit of a cot side so is great for babies
or it can be removed if required for use by older persons.
The room also benefits from a fitted wardrobe
Shower Room
This room comprises of a large walk in shower (which is fantastic) with seating area, full size flushing toilet with sink and bathroom cabinet.
Parking
Parking is located at the side of the caravan. Additional free parking is available at the entrance to the Caravan Site
Our weekly price tariff includes all gas and electricity
If you so wish, wifi is available at an additional cost which is payable directly to the Site Manager on arrival, further details upon request.
(Please be aware we cannot be held responsible for non supply of wifi, this is between yourselves and the Site Manager).
There is also a returnable £10.00 deposit payable on arrival to the Site Manager for the caravan key against loss or non return and also a returnable £35.00 deposit if you require a electronic fob to let yourself in and out of the site through the electronic barrier otherwise reception will have to let you in and out as required.
NO PETS/NO SMOKING allowed in the caravan.

The Site:

Silverhill Caravan and Holiday Park as been established for just over three years now and is an up and coming 5 star development and is nearing completion. Most of the work has now been carried out, and the tarmaccing of the roads is due for completion end of 2009. Amenities will include an on-site bar with very reasonably priced drinks and crisps, dartboard and outdoor seating area. There will also be a playground for the younger holidayers due for completion late 2009.
The Silverhill Caravan and Holiday Park is in a perfect location to stay while you visit many of Lincoln's tourist attractions. The local area is great for walking, fishing, cycling (sites own fishing lake under construction in the very near future).
Bird watching and walking on the Marsh and The Wash are all nearby or why not just relax and unwind on this quiet site and escape the everyday stresses, we do....... bliss.
The Silverhill Caravan and Holiday Park is situated approx one mile from the lovely Long Sutton village with all its amenities, off licence, shops, bars, banks, hairdressers, bus service, cafes etc. The lovely local traditional country pub, with its friendly atmosphere makes a great place to socialise, have a meal and relax.
You will also find a very good taxi service in the local area.
Nearby Attractions include - The Butterfly & Wildlife Park (open March to November) - The African Violet Centre (open all year round) - Springfield’s Outlet Shopping & Festival Gardens (open all round) - The Sandringham Estate
Local towns and villages are just a short drive away including Sutton Bridge & Sutton St James, the towns of Boston, Spalding, Wisbech, Sleaford and Kings Lynn. Especially for the kids there is Hunstanton with its sandy beaches and Sea Life Sanctuary. We also have the beautiful Norfolk Broads, and the city of Lincoln with its famous Cathedral and Castle being within easy distance, and all the other lovely attractions within the area, so your holiday can be as busy or as relaxing as you want it to be.
