Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
The Kingfisher site is one of the best on the East coast and is run by East Lindsey District Council. On site is a launderette, site shop and maintained children's play area. The site roads are fully tarmac. There is various food outlets within 5 minutes walk from the entrance also supermarket near by and also local market area. Skegness is approximately 4.5 miles drive away.
Facilities provided in the caravan: Lounge, TV and free view and radio CD player, gas fire. For those relaxing days, games provided are scrabble, domino's and a pack of cards. The caravan is fully insured and gas and electric tested.
Entry and exit barriers are in place and only accessible with entry card. The site has CCTV and security patrols. Kitchen, is fully fitted with gas hobs, grill, oven, kettle, toaster, and microwave oven, pots and pans provided bin and utensils as well. Plates, cups, bowls and glassware also provided.
Bathroom has shower cubicle, toilet, wash-hand basin and cabinet with mirror. Master bedroom, double bed, mattress, fitted wardrobe and fitted storage cupboards and also has a dressing table and electric panel heater. Bedroom 2, consists of 2 single beds, mattresses (can be made into a double) and fitted wardrobe and electric panel heater. Bedroom 3, consists of 2 single beds, mattresses (can be made into a double) with fitted cupboards and electric panel heater. Lounge settee converts to make a double bed.
Duvets and pillows are provided, linen is not provided but can be provided upon request at an additional cost of £20. Barrier cards and a set of keys will be issued to you on arrival.
Local attractions also include Butlins and is about 2 miles from site. Day tickets are available to purchase from Butlins. Local bus route to and from Skegness. On booking your stay with us, we will send you a booking form and conditions of hire, and once balance is paid in full we will send you a receipt with map of site.
