Customer Comments: We have visited Doniford bay many times but decided to book with an owner on this occasion as Haven prices were so expensive. Tina was fantastic with communicating via e-mail during booking and the run up to our trip and was happy to answer any questions we had, The cost of the caravan hire was very reasonable and passes were included -bonus. All details regarding collection of keys etc were given in good time and on arrival everything was straight forward.
The caravan itself was lovely, clean and spacious just what we needed, utensils in the kitchen were much better than in Haven rented caravans. There were lovely little touches by the owners and it made the caravan feel homely. We requested the bedding as well (at extra cost) which was one less thing for us to pack. the owners also provided a information folder for the park and beyond which is handy for any new visitors to the area.
The location of the caravan is in a quiet area of the park and has a lovely view of Watchet harbour in the distance, and if you are lucky with the weather the caravan has lovely decking area with comfortable seating, there was also a barbecue available but we didn't use it but a handy option to have. Steven also popped over to say hi and check that everything was OK which was a lovely touch.
Overall the caravan was great, had everything we needed for the holiday and more. We would definitely book with Tina and Steven again in the future
Kate,Thanks for taking the time to give us this lovely review, it is much appreciated. It would be a pleasure to welcome you and your family back in 2017.Just let us know.Best RegardsTina and Steven
