We offer you this unique 3 bedroomed caravan which is set in a prime location with panoramic views across the river Blackwater.
The kitchen/dining area comprises dining table with seating area, high chair for infant, gas hob, grill and oven, microwave, toaster, fridge with small freezer, kitchen utensils and crockery.
In the lounge you can relax and take in the breathtaking views across the river or sit back in front of the gas fire and watch a DVD or video on the 21" television.
The patio doors take you into to the garden which offers you a patio area for BBQ's. You can sit out at the table and unwind whilst watching the sun set over the estuary.
This leafy landscaped Park runs down to the waters edge at St Lawrence Bay. Take in the fine estuary views towards Mersea Island, or explore the many attractions in the area. From gentle coastal walks to all the fun of the fair at Southend, the choice is yours.
On the Park splash around in the indoor pool or relax in the spa pool and sauna. Kids will love the adventure playground and all the fun in Sparky's Krew Club. In the evening, relax with a drink in the Waterside Tavern. At weekends, occasional visiting cabaret makes for a great night out.

Maldon - An old market town including museums, gardens, quay and Promenade Park.
RSPB reserve - Wrabness, Nightingales and other birds fill the woods with their songs.
