Both bedrooms have full en suite facilities. The lodge benefits from two private parking spaces. Secure decking surrounds the lodge on three sides with a large table and chairs for eating plus additional sofa and chairs. The decking also benefits from all day sunshine a gas BBQ. The lodge is located on a large private plot with beautiful views.

Main Description
This luxury lodge is located on the wonderful Holiday Park, Parkdean Resorts at St. Minver near Rock in Cornwall. The lodge is available to hire and can sleep up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, dressing area and en suite toilet. The other bedroom have twin beds.The caravan benefits from double glazing and central heating throughout. The fully fitted kitchen includes a oven plus a built in large fridge freezer, dishwasher with plenty of storage space and the bathroom has a powerful shower.
Outside the caravan there is a large and secure decked area and parking for 2 cars,and a private rear garden.

St. Minver Holiday Park owned by Parkdean Resorts, is located 2 miles from Rock which lies on the Camel estuary with its beautiful beaches of Daymer Bay, Rock and Polzeath, known for its surfing. All beaches have car parks and Polzeath also offers surfing lessons along with surfing equipment to hire.

St.Minver park benefits from lying in wonderful private grounds boasting a large indoor pool,sauna,indoor and outdoor seating area and full changing facilities. Also on the park is a laundry,well stocked shop,children's play area,crazy golf and the old Manor House with WiFi,restaurant,bar,takeaway food,amusement arcade and entertainment area which offers a full and varied daily program for children and adults. Also in the villages of St.Minver & Pityme there is a local pub.

On the road leading to Rock there are a variety of shops including two deli's, a Spar, fish shop, butchers,several takeaways, whilst in Rock there are several excellent cafes along with Nathan Outlaws seafood restaurant.
Also in Rock you can learn to sail, water ski and windsurf.

From Rock you can catch the ferry to Padstow, renowned as an old traditional fishing port and of course for the many restaurants of TV chef Rick Stein. Or visit nearby locations of Port Isaac (featured in the TV series Doc Martin) Port Quin, Tintagel and Boscastle.
Further afield Eden Project is only 40 minutes away. Or visit the towns of Truro, Bodmin and St Ives.

Rock is also a great place to start and walk along the sands and the many coastal paths with wonderful views out to sea and across the bay.

Our closest town is Wadebridge which benefits from 3 supermarkets, a wide variety of shops, local leisure facilities and is the main base for the Camel trail that runs from Bodmin to Padstow. The trail can be walked or you can hire cycles for adults, children and even your pet! A real must to do.

On balance of final payment and the security deposit you will be sent full details on how to get to the park, where The Robins is located on park and also where the keys are.

PLEASE NOTE, that bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
HOWEVER towels for the pool and the beach are not.

Prices are per week and run from Saturday to Saturday. In quieter months there is greater flexibility with the dates.

I stayed in the caravan for a week at the beginning of July and cannot fault it in anyway. It is extremely clean, spacious and very comfortable. All of the finishing touches make it feel like home. The outside decking, garden and patio area are delightful and a barbecue is available to enjoy the sunny evenings with a glass of wine. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and hope to have a return visit next year.

We have now spent two wonderful holidays in the caravan at St Minver and I can't recommend it highly enough. The caravan itself is clean, modern and spacious and makes an excellent base to visit some wonderful beaches, and of course Padstow only a short drive away. The holiday park is small and well organised and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our children loved the swimming pool and play park and the shop was very handy for milk and daily newspapers. I have recommended the caravan to friends and colleagues and will most certainly be booking again in the future. Alicia Osbourn

We have just returned from a week at this superb home. It was spotless and very comfortable, spacious and peaceful. The enclosed decking with access to BBQ and patio area was ideal on a sunny evening. Would highly recommend. We are a family of 4, with a 10 year old and 2.5 year old. It was very safe for our wee one and the TV and DVD was certainly a hit! We also found the campsite quiet and the pool was popular :) Thanks again, we had a great time.
