This is a very nice luxury 2 bedroom caravan, 4 years old. A king size bed in the main bedroom and a twin bedded room. We can provide linen at a charge of £20 (optional). ( Not everyone has king-size linen.)
There is a television with built in DVD, along with a gas fire in the lounge. The kitchen is fitted with full size gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, tea towels and cleaning materials
There is a hoover and ironing board and iron. Fans are provided for those hot days!
There are two sofas in the lounge, one of which is a sofa bed ,but when extended takes up all the room. This is only to be used in an emergency. Linen for all beds can be provided at a charge of £20. (optional). There is plenty of room for a travel cot in the main bedroom.
There are maps and activity brochures for your use. More can be obtained from the Park office.
We are close to the Cross Channel Port of Folkestone and Dover along with the Channel Tunnel and Port Lymphne wildlife reserve.
Camber Sands is nearby and provides a safe, sandy beach. You can visit the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Miniature Railway, The East Sussex Steam Railway or the Smugglers Caves, Hastings. Nerarest main towns ae Ashford, Bexhill and Hastings, or inland Tenterden. Rye Town, of course, is well worth a visit, especially for those who like antiques and nick-nacks!
Nearby activities include, boating, golf, horse riding, fishing, (sea, river and lake). Historical sites include Camber Castle, Bodiam Castle and Pevensey and much more.

Low Season £250
High Season £525
Minimum booking 3 days from £40- £80 per day, weekends are from 3pm Fri - 10am Mon ( depending upon on time of year). Weekly bookings commence Saturday.
We require a minimum of 7 days notice prior to booking. A non-returnable deposit is required for the booking if made over 6 weeks before, otherwise full payment is required and cleared before entering the caravan.
Well behaved pets by arrangement.
Gas and electricity is included in the price.
