The Caravan
Our caravan is a 36 x 12 Abi Arizona, 2006, Luxury Superior Plus. We have owned the caravan from new and it is always maintained on a regular basis.
The caravan has 1 master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table, hair dryer, straighteners and an oil filled radiator. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2 single beds in each, wardrobes and oil filled radiators. The lounge area also has a pull out double bed under the seating area. The caravan is also fully equiped with mod cons such as toilet, shower, gas fire, gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, smoke alarm,iron+ironing mat,first aid & sewing kit, colour TV, video and DVD combi + Freeview.Also a small collection of dvd's & video's.
The lounge area is very spacious with enough seating for everyone, and with fitted net curtains all round, your privacy is assured. All cooking utensils and crockery are provided along with pots and pans. Outside there is enough parking space for 2 cars plus patio area at the front of the van
Gas and electric are included in the price so there is no extra to pay. Pillows and quilts are provided. However, you will need to provide your own linen, sheets, pillow cases, quilt covers, towels and tea towels (etc). If you wish you can hire your bed linen from reception on your arrival for a small fee and a small deposit.
Golden Sands Holiday Park
Our caravan is located in a very quiet area of the site, so you can laze away and relax at your leisure. It is a no through road so the amount of people walking past will be very limited. All your facilities are literally a 5 minute stroll away and the beautiful Blue Flag golden beach is approximately 10 minutes away, which is next to the seal sanctuary; always a favourite for the kids!
On site you have everything you need to relax by the indoor heated pool while the kids zoom around the go-kart track, play football or even crazy golf. For toddlers and teens there is PAWs for 1-4s and Funtime for 5-11s, family fun time shows, character breakfasts, a play area for under 5s, and an adventure playground. There's also T-Co for 12-16+ yrs.
This is an all action activity park and the list goes on.
Locally
Mablethorpe town is only 1 mile from the park and you can get there by bus or even sand train. The town is typical of a seaside resort and has all the attractions you can imagine; you are literally spoilt for choice.
Back near the park there is golf, and a well stocked fishing lake (you will require a licence).
Bookings & Conditions
Bookings require a £50 deposit, which will be returned to you after caravan inspection (usually with in 3 days after your departure).
Please note that restrictions apply, no under 25s and no same sex groups allowed. Families with children and responsible adults only. This is our policy.
Payment for your holiday can be made either by cheque, postal order, or paying in slip at your request.
We also need to know how many adults and children are in your party. This is a site security regulation.
