Guide Prices:
All our bookings are made on a minimum of 7 nights and will start on a Saturday to enable us to do the handover
Payment can be made via our preferred method of Bank Transfer or cheque.
£100 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Full payment to be made 6 weeks prior to occupancy.
Also £100 refundable security deposit for any major damage, is to be paid prior to occupancy. This will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the lodge.

Bedding:
Bedding is provided and will be made up for your arrival for the master bedroom and second bedroom.
If you require bedding for the sofa bed in the lounge you will need to request this and there will be an additional charge of £20.
There is no charge if you bring your own bedding (duvet and pillows are provided).

Towels:
We Do not provide towels during your stay, therefore you will need to bring your own

Main Description
This lodge is a double size unit which is categorised by Haven as 'Luxury'. The unit is modern, clean and is fitted to a high standard. It has two bedrooms both with LCD TV's and en suites (a bath in one, and a shower in the other).

The master bedroom has a double bed, mirrored wardrobes and a dressing table. The second bedroom has two single beds and a walk through wardrobe lead to en-suite bathroom, both with ample storage space.

There is a full size kitchen and dining area with double oven, double fridge freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, Dish washer and microwave oven.

Within the spacious lounge there are two leather sofa's (double sofa bed for additional sleeping), side board storage unit, 42" flat screen TV, DVD player and Surround sound system, which music can be streamed to all bedrooms and bathrooms.

There is a large outdoor balcony decked area with table and chairs and sun loungers. This is a private and peaceful area which backs on to hedged fields and is also a sun-trap.
The unit also is provided with parking spaces, for up to two cars, to the rear of the lodge and a large grassed area.

Fun Passes are not included in the price as we cant guarantee them. We will do our best to get complimentary ones for you. Bed linen for the two bedrooms is provided (excludes towels). Bedding for sofa bed can be provided with additional charge, see terms of booking.

The lodge is of a high quality standard and we ask anyone wanting to rent it to be respectful of this and keep it in a tidy state as it is a private family-owned lodge.
