Fantastic views. Larger than normal beds, spacious bathroom, en-suite shower & toilet in main bedroom, dishwasher, washer/drier, radio/CD/iPod dock, bluetooth audio, stone steps at main and patio doors, fenced garden area, quiet area at top of site, parking for 2 cars.

DEPOSIT on Booking £100, Cancellation Fee £100, Full payment 4 weeks before your stay. We find BACS payment easiest for all of us.
Normal bookings Saturday to Saturday, but check the calender pricing as there are sometimes part short weeks available. We will always consider other patterns where Sat-Sat does not work for you, just contact me...
PART WEEKS: contact us. Days that fit in one Sat-Sat week are more likely to work rather than, for instance, a Friday to Sunday. Last minute part week bookings get more attractive. There are usually a few anyway around times we or regulars are there - look for the cheaper prices: often the pop up note should confirm if they are for less than 7 days.

2018: we cannot work out all our own dates yet but have marked weeks that either we or regulars will be there. Weeks that we know we cannot be there ourselves will be made available as soon as we know! You can always use the form above to send an enquiry about a week that is not yet mentioned and I will note to let you know when things are clearer - if that would work for you (many want to get holiday booked up early).

Main Description
2018: more weeks will be made available later (Dec/Jan) when our own plans are clearer.

Our caravan has superb, open views of sea and Isle of Wight in S.E, wonderful panorama of Downs round to Corfe Castle and the NW with very little obstruction. View includes steam railway trains running along the valley!
Fenced garden, solid garden tables and chairs, rotary drier. The warm, light, spacious van features huge windows for the views and sunsets, see pictures...
It is well positioned in a quiet and low traffic area, with excellent access to nature reserve, cliff walks and Jurassic coast.

King size bed with two 3ft beds in second bedroom, part of the reason we purchased this van was the higher standard of space and bed in second room.

Swanage Bay View is a varied and lively place for all ages. Fishing and boat trips, watersports, golf, pitch and putt, putting, tennis, horse riding, cliff or woodland walks available locally.

Contact us with any questions but here are the basic details: Duvets and pillows are provided but bring your own bedlinen, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. We provide a set of notes.

Space for 2 medium cars (1 in front, 1 behind it)

Saturday to Saturday bookings normally but check the availability calender for dates and prices. Van available from 2pm, please vacate by 10am on departure date.

We are unsure how suitable the van is for young children under 5 and so we are reluctant to take bookings for this until we have some time to consider the details.

What a wonderful luxurious caravan it certainly has the WOW factor. An added bonus are the magnificent views of Swanage Bay and the hills towards Corfu Castle. We have visited this site every year for the past 40 years and hired various different caravans but this year the caravan was beyond our expectations and made up for the bad weather we had especially the terrible storm on the Tuesday night. We will definitely be contacting Colin who has been most helpful, to book for next year. Roll on 2018

Firstly I would like to thank Colin as he was very helpful and informative during our booking process, it was well organised with all the information you need about the caravan. The caravan is fantastic 10/10 with all the equipment you need, modern open plan living room and kitchen, large comfortable bedroom with en suit, 2 large single beds and a great size main bathroom with free standing shower. Finaly the ever changing views from the caravan are outstanding!!! As they look out over Swanage bay/town, the surrounding hills and Corfe Castle on a clear day. Would definitely return and recommend to others. 10/10

Fantastic 5* caravan accommodation, in an outstanding position,with fabulous views of Swanage bay /town and the hills. The caravan is fully equipped very comfy and has washer/dryer and dishwasher. Roomy bedrooms with big beds and two showers /toilets. Sunrise views in the morning over the bay and sunset over the hills. Lovely area of Dorset. The scenery is outstanding.Colin the owner offers all the info you need to give you a trouble free holiday. We are a mature couple so cannot comment on suitability for younger children on the site, but we will certainly make this a regular booking.

WOW! Luxury beyond belief and can't wait to book again! Having spent many a childhood summer holiday in Swanage - at this very caravan site - I was apprehensive about how the place may have changed, but I was pleased to see much of the original character that I remembered from 30 years ago but the accommodation really made the difference. This van (277)is incredibly luxurious; Kind size double bed with en-suite bathroom; , main bathroom with free-standing shower, 2 single beds, combination boiler and gas central heating; generous living space with FULLY functional kitchen (washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer etc) log fire and AMAZING views. Colin the owner was incredibly helpful and friendly and genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. 100% satisfied, 100% will re-book and 100% would recommend. A+++++

We like the log effect fire, and it adds a warming evening glow but is some sort of electronic flame effects with optional fan heater. Just wanted to say it is not a real log fire - much as we love them. We look forward to hosting Dan and family again!
