Additional Info: With an open space to the rear, a car park and an open space to the front plus a nice view of the nearby hills this caravan is conveniently situated for the Pool and beach. There is an electric stove type fire, 22" wide screen Television, Digital freeview recorder (pause and rewind live tv plus record two programmes at once), Video cassette player, Triple c/d player/Radio/cassette recorder, Some CDs, DVDs, video and audio cassettes are also available for your use. This Caravan has one double bedroom and two good sized twin bedrooms plus a fold out double bed in the Lounge, the single beds can also be put together, if required. The intruder alarm is linked to site security and there is a carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarm and an external light. Both external doors have net curtains and also drape curtains for night time privacy. There are picnic chairs for family use and just in case you forget to bring the bare essentials some tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, soap and toilet rolls are supplied! Gas, electricity and entertainment passes are included. |

This is a Luxury Caravan and If you like your comfort you will have a memorable holiday (see reviews below) but of course it won't be the cheapest, although the price does include passes and fuel. However there are a number of discounts available, including: booking early; two weeks or more; a small number of people; paying in full when booking or even if you have just rented my Caravan before, so please inquire above for your holiday price after checking availability. However, I DO NOT LET for weekends OR short breaks, only by the week!

Caravan Park + Local Area Information

Presthaven Sands has an outstanding sandy beach which extends for miles and is situated near the small Town of Prestatyn,with it's many amenities. It is in the North West corner of Wales, not too far from the A55 expressway and is therefore convenient for both the Coast and mountains, Caernarvon & Anglesey.
For the car owner especially, there are many historical sites (including Castles, a Sixteenth century house and an ancient Copper mine), Mountains, Lakes and Leisure activities (such as the Sea life Aquarium, Mountain Zoo, Bodnant Gardens, Uphill cable Tram, Overhead cable Car & Steam train Railway Museum) to visit in the Region. The site itself, has an excellent range of facilities with entertainment for both adults and children of all ages. |
