Main Description
We own 6 and manage 4 family owned LUXURY holiday homes based on the BUTLINS site at Minehead (Reference numbers: 1043, 1881, 5127, 5128, 5129, 5130, 5886, 5887)

Plot 15 Lakeside Crescent has one double bedroom, two twin rooms (all have wardrobes/drawers with ample storage space) there's also a double sofa bed in the living room to comfortably accommodate a family of 6-8.

The caravan also has a family shower room & w/c and a second separate on-suite w/c in the double bedroom.

The kitchen is fully fitted with full size cooker, upright fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and everything else needed to be self catering.

In the living room we have a large flat screen television (with Free-view) mounted on the wall, separate DVD player, electric flame effect fire and modern comfortable seating, there is also a separate dining area with seating for 6.

The Caravan is fully centrally heated with double glazing and insulation to keep guests comfortable all year round, an advantage, because Butlins hold lots of winter breaks, particularly around Christmas time.

Our Lakeside Crescent caravan is situated directly on the edge of the fishing lake and has French doors in the living room opening out onto a raised decking (with lockable gate) overlooking the lake and the Exmoor hills.
We also have a free private parking space right next to the caravan.

We stayed in this SUPERB caravan for a week. It was absolutely outstanding & I would recommend it to anyone!!! It was absolutely spotless, in a fantastic position on the Lakeside & had everything you could possibly want for your holiday stay (& more!). The owners were really lovely, helpful & couldn't do enough for us! We've stayed in alot of caravans & this is DEFINATELY the best one so far!! I rate it 10/10!!!!!
