To secure your chosen week a minimum of £50 deposit is required, to be paid within one week of confirmation of booking.
We reserve the right to retain the deposit if a cancellation is made at short notice (i.e. less than a month prior to your holiday date) and we fail to re let the caravan.

Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
The Retreat, is privately owned, and is situated in a quiet position at the end of a row with wonderful sea and far reaching rural views across Torbay. We are pet friendly and the plot has a fence surrounding it and a gated access, which means a safe place for children to play and allows your pets to get fresh air while you relax on the decking, without the fear of them wandering off. Access to the caravan is by a ramp, ideal for those who find steps difficult.
We have upgraded to a newer model during the winter months and we can now offer you more modern and comfortable accommodation. Slightly larger than our old one the unit is fully equipped for up to 6 persons and has a large open plan living area. The kitchen has a full sized cooker and sink with plenty of storage space. The bathroom has toilet, washbasin & shower cubicle. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom two singles and there is ample storage space in each room. A double pull-out-bed is situated in the living area. We offer a linen service if required. There is a gas fire in the living area and electric heaters in each bedroom. There are parking bays at end of row in which caravan is sited.
Waterside Holiday Park ceases to run as a holiday centre after 31st October, and therefore the entertainment is finished and the bar and restaurant cease to function. Private owners and their guests can reside in their units until the New Year. Local takeaways and eateries are not far away as are local shops. Out of season the holiday park is ideal for a quiet getaway, to enjoy fantastic views, and unwind in peaceful surroundings in the usually mild climate we have in South Devon.
Torbay is an ideal base for a holiday in the southwest. Waterside Holiday Park is situated on the coast with access to a small beach direct from the site. Other sandy beaches are close by & Torbay's beaches were awarded Blue flag status in May 2009. There is plenty to do and see locally and in Devon, for all the family while staying at Waterside Holiday Park. Paignton to Dartmouth Steam Train runs along the perimeter of the caravan park as does the south west coast path.
