As private owners we maintain and clean our homes to the highest possible standards. Our fantastic uninterrupted Coastal Views will take your breath away!
The gated decking area is ideal if you have young children or want to bring one well behaved pet on holiday with you.
Our holiday home is located on a choice level end plot with no caravans directly in front to hinder the amazing views of Lyme Bay.
Our guests can also enjoy the added benefit of convenient level parking in front of our holiday home.
♠ Outside Deck
Lyme Bay View has a large raised non slip decking area so that you can take full advantage of our fantastic and far reaching coastal views!
There is easy access onto our gated decking by steps.
Our deck is a place to chill out and relax after a long day of local sightseeing, or a full packed day on the beach.
Maybe you just want to relax all day and sun bathe or just watch the world pass by!
♠ Lounge-Dining-Kitchen
Lyme Bay View has an open plan lounge-dining area and has seating for six persons. A Free View 32”HD TV and DVD player, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, iron, toaster are all supplied to make your stay special. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you will ever need to prepare a snack or a 3 course meal!
♠ Bedrooms-Bathrooms
The master bedroom has a double sized bed and direct access to the main bathroom. A large wardrobe provides ample storage space.
The second bedroom has two single beds and plenty of wardrobe storage space. We supply a full inventory of bedding for up to six persons including duvets and pillows.
Please supply your own linen, to include towels, toiletries and bed linen. We can on request supply a full bed linen service at extra cost.
In addition to our two bedrooms we also have a large pullout double bed in the lounge area which sleeps a further two guests. We can sleep up to a maximin of six guests in total.
Our spacious main bathroom has a large walk in shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. The bathroom has twin door access.
♠ Caravan Utilities
Lyme Bay View has FREE mains electricity, gas and water. For those chiller nights you also have the added benefit of Full Double Glazing and Full Gas Central Heating.
♠ Lyme Bay View Booking Notes.
♠ 1. Booking deposit is calculated at 20% of the total rental cost.
♠ 2. Final balance payable two months before your holiday arrival date.
♠ 3. We accept payment by: Cheque, P.O. Order, Bank Transfer & Pay pal.
♠ 4. A fully refundable £100 security Bond will apply to all bookings.
♠ 5. We make an extra charge for ONE well behaved pet.
♠ 6. On request we can quote for half board/breakfast only meal options.
♠ 7. On request we can quote for a full bed linen service for an extra fee.
♠ Ocean View/Sea View - Our Sister Platinum Grade Waterside Holiday Caravans.
Please note that we also own two more Waterside rental caravans again enjoying the same coastal views.
Ocean View/Sea View offer our guests further enhanced levels of accommodation. We can now offer accommodation for up to 18 persons in total when booking all three caravans.

We provide FREE of charge park entertainment passes for all of our guests. Nightly entertainment shows change every night and run from March to October each season.
