A family run holiday home on a major caravan site in Suffolk that is set in its own private plot and within 50 yards of the sea. It is the UK's most easterly caravan park with Ness Point being the most easterly point in the UK and the centre of Lowestoft with it's superb beach a short walk away..
Historic Norwich is close too.
Our holiday home is centrally located for visiting the world famous Pleasurewood Hills theme park, The famous Lighthouse cafe for its superb English breakfasts within 200 yards, Oulton Broad (The southern gateway to the Norfolk Broads), Africa Alive wildlife park and visits to Great Yarmouth.
You'll find tennis courts, bowling green and the Sparrow's Nest Gardens, even an Italian Restaurant, just over the road, but North Denes Park itself is quiet and relaxed. Ideal for just chilling out.
Lowestoft's train and bus stations are within 1 mile away from the site and a local bus stop around 200 yards away on the main A12.
The holiday home has its own private patio and patio furniture, ample car parking space and has most modern conveniences for a comfortable stay.
There are 2 bedrooms, one a double (with en suite toilet) and the other a twin, and the lounge has a bed settee. A fully equipped kitchen aids a pleasurable stay.
We have families and couples returning year after year and a guest book filled with lots of complementary comments.
