Estuary View is a large luxury modern contemporary light and airy holiday home. It is located on Peppermint Park at Dawlish Warren and we think by far the best private rental caravan on the site.

With spectacular far reaching views over the River Exe Estuary, our Platinum Grade holiday home Estuary View is THE place to stay for your holiday.
Peppermint Park lies within a peaceful setting but only a short walk from the heart of Dawlish Warren. The famous Dawlish Warren beach and nature reserve is close by it really is the perfect setting for your Devon holiday by the seaside.
Peppermint Park has an exclusive feel, but you are not cut off from all the fun and entertainment of the extremely popular resort of Dawlish Warren as it is a short walk away.
If you play golf why not take advantage of the corporate golf membership available with Estuary View, you will have to book in advance for any sessions, subject to availability.
Peppermint Park guests can also use the facilities of Peppermint Parks sister parks GOLDEN SANDS and DAWLISH SANDS.By purchasing site passes you can use the heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, adventure playground, games room, launderette, bar and restaurant.
If you venture off the park you will find sandy beaches and quaint towns and villages close by. Take a trip to Devon’s city of Exeter for some shopping or site seeing. You can travel to Exeter on the coastal railway, a brilliant day out.

Accommodation
Estuary View is a high specification platinum grade holiday home located on a well planned holiday park but within a few minutes from the fantastic holiday seaside resort of Dawlish Warren.

What you see is what you get!
Estuary View is fully furnished and fully equipped for your stay. All guests will enjoy the full benefit of double glazing, gas central heating, gas fire, en-suite double bedroom, twin bedroom, bath, power shower and comes with luxury living as standard! We aim to provide you with a home from home experience.
Lounge-Dining-Kitchen
Our caravan has an open plan lounge-dining area and has seating for six persons. We have a luxury Italian leather Suite in the lounge area and the caravan is well equipped including: a Free View LCDTV/ DVD player and a radio.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you will ever need to prepare a meal. If you do not want to do any home cooking there are many eating establishments located a short walk away. There is also a washing machine-drier which allows you do all your washing without visiting the nearby laundrette.
Bedrooms-Bathrooms
Estuary Views master bedroom; has a double sized bed and fitted wardrobes. Leading off the master is an en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin.
Estuary Views main bathroom has a full size bath, shower, toilet and hand basin.
The second bedroom has two single beds and built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms have the added luxury of extra-large wardrobe storage space.
In addition there is a large inflatable bed for use in the lounge area which can sleep a further two guests. We can sleep up to a max of six guests.
Outside Deck Area
Estuary View has a very large custom-built raised decking area to take full advantage of the lovely Exe Estuary and Haldon Hill country views.
Our deck area is the in place to chill out and relax after a busy day touring.
Maybe you just want to relax with a good book and a glass of wine.
We provide patio seating for six, along with a table and sun parasol.
Due to our Holiday Home’s unique location our guests can enjoy peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Dawlish Warren and its holiday atmosphere which is a few minute's walk away.
Utilities
Estuary View has FREE a mains supply for electricity, gas and water. For those chillier days you have the added benefit of full gas central heating and double glazing, so you can enjoy your stay all year.
Facilities include constant hot water, gas oven & gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, and a washing machine-drier.
We supply a full inventory of bedding for up to six persons including quilts and pillows. Please supply your own linen, to include towels toiletries, and your own bed linen.
