Due to some damage last year i now require an additional £50 damage waver.
This will be refunded if no damage is reported after your departure.
also to secure your booking a £50 non refundable deposit as soon as possible. (Due to time wasters i can only hold provisional bookings for 7days and i must have all deposits within 7 days). however this does not confirm booking. Confirmation of booking will be sent upon reciept of the final balance.
March-April/Oct-Nov £200 (low Season(however Easter will be charged at high season rate)
May-June/Sept £250(Mid Season)
July-Aug £300 (high season)
Weekend bookings taken only £150 fri-mon (apart from easter which is £200 for the weekend friday to monday-additional nights will be charged at the normal rate of £50 per night.However weekly bookings will be given priority)
From 2011 bookings will be WEEKLY MON-FRI / WEEKENDS FRI-MON. HOWEVER SAT-SAT BOOKINGS WILL STILL BE ACCEPTED IF THE REQUIRED DATES ARE AVAILABLE.THERE WILL ALSO BE A NEW PRICING STRUCTURE. THIS WILL BE UPDATED IN THE NEW YEAR. BOOK EARLY TO AVOID DISSAPOINTMENT.

The Chase Holiday Park is situated just 10 minutes from Fantasy Island, the beach and other amenities. You will find shops, bars and restaurants all within 5 minutes from The Chase Holiday Park ( There are no clubs or facilities on the site at this present time). For those of you who enjoy fishing there are two lakes at waterside.day tickets can be bought from waterside site office.There is also a regular bus service to skegness from anchor lane.
Nearly all the local bars do meals, have nightly entertainment and allow families. and for those football fans out there quite afew of the bars have big screen viewings of the matches.
