Holiday Home and Location Details

Swanage Coastal Park is the perfect base for walking the beautiful coastal paths, Priests Way is accessible directly from the coastal park and it leads to the well known and highly regarded Square and Compass. Cycling is also allowed on Priests Way. Swanage town centre is within walking distance.

Swanage Coastal Park has a laundrette and communal children's play area. There is an adjoining caravan park that has a bar, restaurant, swimming pool, gym and children entertainment at select times during the year and is just 2 minutes walk away from our van.

Our van is located in a quiet cul de sac at the beginning of the park and has a garden area outside with table and chairs and a BBQ.

Our van has a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and dressing table and there is space under the bed. The second bedroom has two single beds which can easily be pushed together to make another double bed, there is a smaller fitted wardrobe with more space under the bed. Duvets and bed linen can be available on request but please check first. We do not currently provide towels or pillows.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a shower, the shower has a base which is large enough to bath children.

The kitchen area has a gas cooker, hob, fridge with freezer compartment and other basic amenities, cutlery and crockery is available for up to 6 people. Cleaning equipment, tea towels and dish cloths are provided by us.

The lounge area is spacious with a table, a two seater sofa and a fitted sofa and there is room to put a blow up bed. There is flat screen TV with DVD player for entertainment and a gas fire.

If you have any special requirements please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We usually take Saturday to Saturday weekly bookings but will often do short breaks for midweek or weekends so please feel free to enquire.
