Master bedroom has a double sized bed and walk in wardrobe, with modern en-suite which includes p shaped bath with shower over, w.c and basin, Twin bedded 2nd bedroom. Modern separate shower room with shower enclosure, shower, w.c and basin. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, built under gas oven with gas hob above, TV, microwave. Pots and pans, utensils, crockery all supplied. Iron and ironing board, outdoor rotary drier. Modern comfortable lounge including 2 stressless chairs and bed settee. TV with freeview, please note that in spring/summer the reception on the tv can be quite erratic, there is aDVD player and a selection of dvds are provided, electric flame effect fire, patio doors leading to veranda.

Porch has seating with storage under for shoes etc and coat stand. Outdoor decking, picnic table and bench, storage shed. Bed linen, towels (except beach towels) and tea towels are supplied. Dogs welcome, max 2 dogs (£20.00 additional charge for extra cleaning)

£100.00 per week non-refundable deposit required to secure booking, balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to start of holiday. Payment method either by bank transfer or cheque. Weekly bookings Saturday to Saturday, Short breaks/weekend breaks also available, please enquire for availability and prices. 5% discount for 2 week bookings. Damage/Security deposit of £50.00 is payable, returned to you after your stay if no damage has been incurred. No hen or stag parties are accepted. Strictly No Smoking. Keys will be made available from 3pm from the office, upon submission of a key release form, which will be sent to you after payment is made in full, departure by 10.00 am and keys returned to the office please.

Main Description
Welcome to 'Treetops' our beautiful home from home privately owned holiday home. Sitting on its own idyllic private fenced and gated garden with car parking safe for children and dogs. Dogs should be well behaved and are not allowed on the furniture or beds and plot must be kept clear of dog mess.
Situated in the lovely award winning 260 acre Kelling Heath Holiday Park an area of outstanding beauty.

Kelling Heath Holiday Park has excellent facilities including outdoor swimming pool and terrace (open from 21st May to 3rd September)tennis courts, cycling paths, adventure playground, woodland walks, fishing. Cycle hire is available. The village square has a restaurant, with take away option, bar, shop selling local produce, launderette, amusements. Health and fitness club (fees apply) newly refurbished, includes indoor pool, gym, jacuzzi sauna and steam room. Wireless internet in and around the terrace and forge bars.

The Holt to Sherringham Poppy steam train runs regularly and has a stop on site.

Entertainment and organised events with a notice board in the village square to help you enjoy your stay, guest services are located within reception (when reception is open) to enquire about local activities and information in the north Norfolk area. North Norfolk has many attractions including the lovely market town of Holt, nearby seaside towns at Sherringham and Cromer, nearby beach at Weybourne. Wells next The Sea, Blakeney point, Holkham, to mention just a few to enjoy all year round, including the Thursford Christmas spectacular, the biggest Christmas show in Britain, with 'olde worlde' shops and lots more usually runs from mid November (dates to be confirmed).
We hopefully will be advertising for bookings from the 12th December to 2nd January 2017 in the coming weeks.
