High Season: To £450 (per week)

A £80 deposit is required within 7 days of booking by cheque or postal order, balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday unless late booking when full payment will be required. Part Payments can be made anytime after deposit is paid. We also require a £50 breakage and damage deposit with balance, this will be refunded within 7 days of return from holiday once our cleaner has checked it. AUGUST 7+ NIGHTS ONLY starting on a Saturday

Lounge with new free standing furniture,flat screen tv/dvd combi wth freeview,1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms.
The caravan has a shower room with hand basin and a separate toilet with hand basin.
There is a gas fire in the lounge and 2 oil filled radiators,a fully fitted kitchen, dining area. A good selection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. DOUBLE GLAZED AND STABLE DOORS (IDEAL IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN) new carpets in lounge double bedroom and hallway, also new kitchen flooring
The van is on a nice corner plot on BEECH RISE, plot B2. not far from all the ammenities of the park but quiet. Private parking bay at the side of caravan.FREE GAS AND ELECTRIC. THIS CARAVAN IS CLASSED AS DELUXE GRADE WITH HAVEN.
Passes for the facilities on Primrose Valley are not included in the price of the caravan hire BUT YOU CAN PRE BOOK THEM WITH THE HOLIDAY PARK, A FORM WILL BE SENT TO YOU TO DO THIS FROM OURSELVES

We definitely enjoyed the holiday thanks. Getting good weather helps too,your caravan is one of the best we've stayed in and it sounds like you're continually improving it. Separate sofas are another good idea. We would like to hire it from you again for the same week next year."
