The following should be noted before making an enquiry.

1. A £100.00 deposit will be required on booking [non refundable]. The remainder of the holiday payment should be made 6 weeks in advance of holiday.

2. You should not arrive at the holiday home until 3pm on the first day of your holiday and must vacate by 10am on the last day.

3. Please be aware that the caravan booking is only for 6 persons and this cannot be exceeded.

4. The NO SMOKING policy includes the caravan decking.

5. Absolutely no pets.

6. No weekend bookings taken.

Main Description
Our 2015 Victory Versailles three bedroom luxury lodge with spacious deck area is situated on the new and very quiet St Marys View site and only a 5 minute stroll from the entertainment complex and just 10 minutes from the beach and Tenby town.

Main bedroom: King size bed, lots of cupboard space, two wardrobes, TV, hair dryer. En-suite bathroom has spacious shower, heated towel rail, toilet and full size sink with shaver point.

Second bedroom: Two normal size single beds, TV, and spacious wardrobe.

Third bedroom: as above.

Main Bathroom: Large walk in shower, heated towel rail, shelving, toilet, and full size sink.

Kitchen: Five burner gas hob cooker with extractor hood, high level oven and grill and microwave with grill, large intergrated fridge freezer, inter grated dishwasher and washing machine.

Large dining table with six very comfortable leather chairs.

Lounge: spacious with two large comfortable sofas, feature mirror, electric fire lined curtains, 40" television with Bluetooth sound bar. Double patio doors lead onto a spacious glass enclosed deck area with comfortable seating for up to six guests.

The lodge is centrally heated with radiators in all rooms. The lounge has spotlights set into the ceiling.

The large patio area has comfortable seating and table and chairs for outdoor dining. The patio area has been extended at the side of the lodge to 6'. This work was
carried out in 2016.

. The caravan has its own parking space next to the caravan. Entertainment passes can be purchased from Kiln Park reception on arrival.

Arrival time not before 3pm and departure latest 10am.
Bookings from Saturday to Saturday .

We have just returned from a fantastic week in Kiln Park in what can only be described as 5 star accommodation. Everything is exactly as described and immaculately clean. We had everything we could have possibly needed and plenty of space for a family of 6. The mobile is beautifully decorated and situated in a nice quiet cul de sac where the kids were able to play very safely. It is a very short distance from the main complex and we enjoyed lovely walks into Tenby. I would have no hesitation recommending this mobile, it may be slightly more expensive than some of the others but well worth it especially when you have a washing machine (which we found very useful)and beautiful patio area outside.

Fantastic caravan situated in a quiet close but just a few minutes walk from the main complex.Unfortunately we arrived too late to be greeted by the owners but they left us a lovely bottle of wine as a welcoming gift. The holiday home was exactly as advertised and spotlessly clean with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay (except oven gloves).The main bedroom was very spacious and the kitchen contained a very spacious fridge/freezer. The weather was great - so overall a fabulous stay. Thoroughly recommended.

Warm welcome from a lovely couple whom gave all the information needed for the caravan and the site with some suggestions for us as a family. On arrival the caravan was exceptionally clean with all they home from home luxuries (not including personal towels). With a spacious double bedroom, balcony with furniture and bed made up on arrival we were truly spoilt. The caravan was situated on a lovely quiet cul-de-sac within easy distance to the site amenities. Love Tenby and the area. Would definitely recommend

Lovely spacious caravan. Well equipped. Had a great weeks holiday. Nice welcoming from owners on arrival. St marys view is a lovely quiet site and near enough to amenities. Would definitely book again.

This was our first visit to Tenby and "caravan holiday". We were thoroughly impressed with the area and accommodation, so much so that we hope to book for next year. This is in one of the better locations on the park as there is much needed space for children to play outside. 10/10!

THERE WAS IMMEDIATE CONTACT WITH THE OWNER WHO EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND WAS VERY HELPFUL. ALL WENT PERFECTLY SMOOTHLY PRIOR TO, AND UPON ARRIVAL. THE OWNER ARRANGED THE SINGLE BEDS INTO A DOUBLE FOR US AND LEFT A WELCOME DRINK, WHICH WAS A NICE SURPRISE. THE HOLIDAY HOME WAS JUST AS IN THE PHOTOS WITH NICE BALCONY AT THE FRONT. IT WAS SITUATED IN A QUIET SPOT, ON A BACK ROW WITH THE SPACIOUS DOUBLE BEDROOM OVERLOOKING THE CAMPING FIELD. AT THE SIDE THERE WAS A PATIO WITH TABLE AND CHAIRS AND WE FOUND CHAIR PADS AT THE BACK OF THE SETTEE! THERE WAS ALSO A USEFUL CLOTHES DRYER. THE SECOND BEDROOM WAS SLIGHTLY CRAMPED BUT THE SHOWER WAS A REALLY GOOD SIZE. THERE WERE NO TOWELS OR TEA TOWELS AND I'M NOT SURE WHAT THE USUAL SITUATION IS WITH THEM SO YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHECK THAT BEFORE YOU GO. OVERALL, WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR CHOICE AND WOULD LOVE TO STAY THERE AGAIN AND ARE HAPPY TO RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION.

This was our old caravan on Tern 17. We do supply everything apart from personal towels and tea towels and since owning our new caravan we do tell customers to bring towels.
